I really like this Home Depot and have bought a lot of items to build, repair and upgrade interiors, bath rooms, kitchen rooms... However, one time I ordered Freeze (order number: H1770-95178) (October 20 , 2023) at the store and the staff agreed with me on a delivery date (convenient for my job) (you can check the employee's name to find out, I don't want to say it for fear of affecting my business). Doing it is their fault). But waiting for the delivery date, they arbitrarily rescheduled another delivery date (this day I had a work schedule so I couldn't be home to receive the goods and called them to cancel the order on October 26, 2023 and they agreed, but as of today (November 14, 2023) my Home depot credit bill still has the amount ($848) that Freezer forced me to pay. I contacted and made an online dispute with customer service and they paid. The claim had to wait up to 90 days to resolve and forced me to still have to pay the bill (it was unreasonable and unfair).

Several people throughout the Moultrie store were very friendly and helpful during our visit today, especially Tina B, the head cashier!

I shop here all of the time. The people that work at this store are so nice. The cashiers are amazing. Kelly is usually working when I'm there and she is always such a joy to talk to when I come here. The store is clean and organize.

My husband and I went in to purchase a microwave and we were greeted as we walked in which is almost unheard of these days by several sales associates. They were friendly and very helpful. Told us who to see and called and let her know they were send customers to her. First time having such an experience. We will definitely be back.

I go to Home Depot about one or two time a month

When I am at my local Home Depot store. Every time I try to access your web site to get the Veterans QR code Pro Xtra Virtual ID discount QR code. I always have to try several times to get the code your system is always not available. On my last visit I could never get your system to work.

This is the best Home Depot I have ever been to and I have been to plenty of them. It is my favorite big box hardware store.

The survey has a question that asks a) you work part-time (less than 20 hrs/week), b) full-time, or c) prefer not to answer. I'm retired, so I could only check c), but I would have said retired if I had the choice.

Great customer service

I made the mistake of visiting this store. Unfortunately, they were the only business in town who had the item I needed in stock. No one greeted me when I entered, I passed 3 employees at a kiosk, they said nothing. One female employee saw me and literally turned the corner like she owed me money. I made a left and passed 6 employees walking in a line, one of them said "Hello". I turned down the aisle where the product I needed was located but it was not stocked behind the display on the bottom shelf. It was up top with the others. I waited 20 minutes on assistance; no one showed. Finally climbed up and pulled it down. Proceeded to the checkout, passed another 3 employees who said nothing. At self checkout, the wand was not working. Apparently it was in stand-by mode and I had to wait for it to turn on. After paying cash for my item, an employee finally said something to me. She asked if I needed anything else. I stated I needed some "Great foam". She didn't know what it was, so she approached another associate who checked her smart phone or palm pilot and then pointed across the store saying it was Aisle 47 or something. I stated, "You can either take me to the item I want to purchase or I will leave now. " They actually looked at each other and started talking to each other because they did not know what to do. So I left.

I found a beautiful flower that was buy one/get one free!!

As I walked around, a member of every department spoke or acknowledged us! Mercedes in CS placed our order and was exceptionally nice and was very knowledgeable. Proud to spend our hard earned money where we feel important as customers. Service & training is done right at this HD location!

We are OLD. We live about 25 miles away from Moultrie. I left with a printout of the concrete stones I wanted...and the price each. A very nice Hispanic young man located them, rolled them to checkout, then loaded them in the truck, and thanked us.

I am normally very satisfied with home Depot. It is the only place I like to shop.

Our continued experience with Store #1770 and the team members too many to list, but for reference here in the tool center Ms. Elba (Management), Nathan, Aaron, Steve, Ricky (Management) have made the rental experience comfortable and easy going.
