Such a great shopping experience and with a worker like Tyler which he made it an even better experience. Very neat and clean with humble helpful workers especially Tyler.

My husband and I drive from Thomasville, GA to Moultrie to shop in this specific store! Employee staff are always so helpful and help you FIND things you are looking for! EVERY time we come we are amazed at the good customer service. Store was clean (always clean in our opinion) and the cashier was extremely helpful and friendly.

We travel from an hour away because of the excellent customer service at the Home Depot in Moultrie. We have been assisted by so many people, from several sales associates to the assistant store manager and the store manager. Everyone is polite and kind and seem to be genuinely concerned about our needs. Because of this, we happily leave the two major home improvement retailers in our city and make all of our major purchases at your location. We are working class people with big DIY dreams! We have worked hard for years to be able to make large purchases for our home. Thank you for treating us with respect. Your smiles and kind words do not go unnoticed.

Although I have two of your stores that are closer to my home, I choose this store due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates. I had the unique experience of having a lady in your accounting department take ownership of an issue I was having. She corrected the issue then went above her duties to place another order FOR me to avoid any other mishaps. I am willing to drive the extra distance and take extra time to go farther because I feel like I am treated much better as a person in this location.

I ordered three things from Home Depot because of their lower prices, two were shipped to the Moultrie store for free shipping benefits. There was an issue with both items. The first item with a problem was eventually handled to my satisfaction by a manager that cared about customer service. However, the initial employees I spoke with were rude, condescending and had no knowledge of store procedures. Later, I unpacked the second item and it's damaged. I had to drive back down to Moultrie and try to return the item. The lady I spoke with at the return counter was not very friendly or pleasant. They accepted the return but said the money had to go back on my Visa, which wouldn't be available for 2-3 days. That left me unable to order a new one and very upset with the customer service I received.

The service desk ladies are always so helpful! Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend the Moultrie Home Depot Store based on my special order of a Mighty Mule MM371W Gate Opener, as well as the special order of my shower insert. The employees, especially Elba, were most helpful.
