Great employee's, with all the contractor's they service, I still see my purchases are just as important to them. My husband and I and I are building a tiny house, which will be our permanent resident to live in. It's been going on for 8 months and has been challenging. But with the people at home depot, it is almost done. Electric and plumbing dept. a big help. 14 x 36 with a loft and angled roof, high side ceiling height 20 feet. Still more to do, with H.M. depot it will be finished!

Needed all new kitchen appliances and got great help in chosing the correct appliances to meet our requirements and fit the available spaces in our kitchen. Appliance Specialist Pam Denton was a joy to work with

This Home Depot had the friendliest and most helpful associates we have had the pleasure to meet at ANY Home Depot we have been to across the country (we have moved a lot) We will definitely be using this location for our building needs!

Bought this and sakes associate was outstanding. Knowledgeable and well versed on field.

I find this Home Depot to be my favorite. The people here are good quality, and that's what makes a store a place you want to shop besides the prices. Very helpful people. One tip, the current cellulose blowers don't work very well at all. Make sure it's tested in front of you before taking it to your job, Both times I have rented them, they performed slowly and poorly.

We often shop at stores like Home Depot, but this one goes above and beyond in customer service. From the front desk, to the helpers who are always available to tell you what you might need, to the checkout....it is A+++++++

Be nice if associates and manages(Derrick) would at least say hi to customers instead of walking right past them. Cheryl was only person that spoke to me.

I make many trips, several depending on the week, to purchase items from Home Depot. I always feel like I am treated well as opposed to being a bother.

Purchased four appliances and waiting for delivery. Can only comment on service at this time and it was awesome. We have been happy with past purchases

THIS PARTICULAR HOME DEPOT IS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. EMPLOYEES WERE AVAILABLE, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN TO THE TIME WE LEFT IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. EVERYTHING WAS LABELED CORRECTLY AND AVAILABLE. I NEVER QUESTION THE QUALITY OF WHAT I GET AT HOME DEPOT.

We're modifying our home to accomadate my wheelchair. So far, this store has had everything we've needed.

The service was very good in the store and well organized.

I bought a new ref. paid over 1000.00 for it and they would not bring it in the house and set it up I am75 years old and had to deal with this I will not buy another thing from a store that will not bring the appliance in the house just set it on the porch

Had a problem with some blinds. They were no help. Might as well throw blinds away..

Absolutely grateful for the Mountain Home, Home Depot. Always clean, friendly, & full of everything we need! Love shopping at this store.

The workers are extremely happy and helpful to you in finding the products that you are looking for and give some advice on using those products.

Sheryl in the pro department is just great and so knowledgeable of the products offered by Home Depot. Amanda in the lumber department and James, not sure what his job description is, but he is just a jewel of a person.

Just purchased a refrigerator. No problem or waste of time..also needed a drill for just around the house every helpful person stocking shelves more then willing to help..I left the store with everything I came for..win win

There are several Home Depot stores I visit, and all are good. I probably visit the Mountain Home store at least 90 % of the time as it is the the closest to me. But being the closest isn't the main reason I visit that store, it's the employees. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Paint department is awesome and very helpful

Hannah Martin helped us for at least 3 hours and went above and beyond. Our names are the same but we have never met or have known about each other.

Dealt with Ashley at the Home Depot in Mountain Home, AR over the phone. She was great. Very knowledgeable and funny. We had a great experience placing our order with her for a new washer and dryer.

Purchased LG Refrigerator and so pleased. Went back today and purchased LG Dishwasher, LG Microwave and LG Electric Stove with Air Fryer. Cant wait to get my new appliances! Go see Pam Denton, Appliance Specialist, she is the Best!

The product that I ran thru the self check out was priced differently then the display case. Customer Service rep. acted in appropriately about the situation and virtually did not help me. I was treated so bad, I will not return.
