I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR AND IF I NEED HELP, THERE ARE EMPLOYEES IN THE AREA TO ADVISE ME. THIS STORE IN MOUNTAIN HOME IS VERY WELL STOCKED AND THE ENVIRONMENT IS CLEAN AND FRIELDNLY.

Very friendly works, everytime I've gone in the store. There always very helpful.

Laura and the Gang at this location are some of the best people you will find on this Planet. They are more than just helpful, they care and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of and what you need you have. My family and I travel 45 minutes just to shop at this location. They always have what we need in store and you can't beat the service and kindness you find here.

This store has the best, most helpful employees.. always someone asking if we need help and taking us to show us what we are looking for. We never have to search for hours to try to find help. They are all always so kind and go above and beyond. The store is always fully stocked and nice and neat. We will never shop Lowe’s again!!

I went to customer help desk for assistance to order a product that was stocked online only and with the help of Cheryl, Lara, and Steven was able to get what I needed and it was shipped to my home. these people are an asset to this store. This store also honor's the Military.

When ever I go to Mountain Home I go The Home Depot, Products are what I need ,friendly staff and easy to get in and out.

When we built our home 4 years ago, we diligently searched other similar stores; we chose Home Depot because they did everything in their power to accommodate our building schedule, which was very erratic due to some unforeseen, yet unavoidable, circumstances. No matter what snags we hit, the dedicated staff helped us figure out a solution. The Mountain Home Home Depot will always be our first choice for building, home improvement, appliance and other project needs.

This store is one of the nicest I have ever been in. I have shopped here many times, even buying online and picking up in front of store..There are always great friendly employees to help if needed and the store is immaculate. It is always a pleasure to shop here..

We needed several items for a new build. Pam Denton spent a long time helping us select items and offering suggestions and recommendations. We were very pleased with the customer service. Tyler was great helping us get some big items stowed away in our truck.

Very friendly, knowledgeable associates. Generally the public can find what they need to do their projects. Because we are a rural area most employees know the names of most regular customers. And we are treated like we matter! Good place to shop

Hands down one of the best stores I’ve been to. 5/5 Stars on every category. Best customer service I’ve ever seen in a store before. Store was in top shape condition. We are building a house and just getting started. Through tour building we are going to continue to use Home Depot for all of our service needs. All the products were easy to find and well stocked. We were able to get assistance and employees were excellent. Store was super clean and well organized. Associates were super friendly and helpful great service. We will be back regularly!!! I use the app to check inventory on items I'm looking for and check the one day sales. I have made many purchases this way saving up to 50% off regular price, and when I get the message my item has arrived I know it will be there ready to be loaded.

Our experience at The Home Depot in Mountain Home to be superior to other Home Depot stores. They are very customer service oriented.

Our salesperson was great! It's a friendly store.

Register clerk was very rude. When she came up to the register to ring me up she rudely told me to step way back. No other employees were that rude and helped me throughout the store.

Way in the past we'd had several bad experiences in another store. This store restored our faith and will be shopping there in the future.

Picking out an mower in the store was similar to being with friends. The associates helped from our entry to selection and storage in our van. It was a most pleasurable experience.

From entering the store we were able to go directly to what we came for because employees showed us where things were at. It was far better than being told, and spending time finding what was needed. The extra time driving to the store by a side road was well worth the time.We felt like guests rather than annoyances.

So nice to have this store in this small town. Good for all involved.
