I had 4 separate interactions in this store and those 4 employees were VERY rude and hateful and had no interest in assisting me. Customer service department was the absolute worst.

LBM622 is outstanding and very helpful to me placing a difficult order for a friend of mine that got hurt. Linsey went out of her way to help me order vinyl rails and flooring. It took over a week to get this order right and Linsey was always kind and helpful.

With the Covid-19 pandemic in full swing, I was able to purchase a lawnmower on-line and pick it up in the parking lot of this store. The process was easy and very organized. Just pulled into the designated area for curbside pickup, called a posted phone number, and within 10 mins the boxed lawnmower was brought to me. The customer service agent also helped me lift it into my SUV. I also observed that customers who needed to shop in the store had to be wearing a mask, and were being admitted based on the number that exited, so that only a specified number of people would be in the store at a time--a well managed process.

Nothing but self checkout registers open being run by employees...trying to run their statistics up to make it look like people check themselves out. No, I do not work at Home Depot and do not want a job there. Then, I had to deal with a very rude cashier at this store. It makes one wonder: Where is the manager and why doesn't the manager see this problem? Paint clerk was the only nice employee I met. There are too many people out there with a nice disposition who want to work to have to deal with an obnoxious person.

All employees very knowledgeable and helpful. very good selection of flowers. Store very clean. Easy to get assistance.

EMPLOYEES WEAR MASKS PLEASE

I placed an "Express Delivery" order on April 6th for lumber I needed to complete a project. The website indicates this is as early as next day. During checkout the site indicates that  due to COVID-19 the store will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your order. This never happened! After 4 days I decided to give them a call and  sat on hold with the 1-800 number for over an hour to find out what the deal was and finally gave up and used the text chat instead. After 8 hours I received a response letting me know that unfortunately the store was closed because it was 8pm but if I could text back first thing in the morning they could get everything scheduled. I text the next morning and after 4 hours received a response which told me the had been in contact with the store and Heather would give me a call to schedule shortly. Sometime later I did receive a call to schedule my shipment for 7 days later.... My express, next day, delivery was now scheduled for the 18th. 12 days later. I gave grace to this as we are in the midst of a global pandemic and at least I'll eventually get my order. On the 18th my shipment does arrive. The delivery driver is kind and professional no issues with him at all, but 18 of the 100+ boards I ordered were not included in my shipment. All of these were Treated 10ft 1x4's the total number of these boards I ordered. They were clearly marked as 0 delivered on the delivery sheet.  Since I had no luck calling previously I head to the store. I begin my interaction with Heater who is sweet and cannot explain why the boards weren't included in the order as they were plenty in stock and suggested I load them in my car (which  is a sedan and not possible), or I rent one of their trucks to haul the boards home... No. Express delivery is $80 which I paid and and should not have to make accommodations because HomeDepot's associates cannot pick an order. This is when Heather hands me off to her supervisor Kenya. This is a stressful time and I'm sure she has a lot going on but there are no words to describe her other than aloof. She didn't try to explain away the issue simply stated I would need to wait another week for my shipment as deliveries were booked through that time. This is simply unacceptable I've already waited 12 days for my express delivery and now I have to wait 7 more due to this stores incompetence. I voiced my displeasure and she said she could try to override the shipment and get it to me on the 21st. The 21st came and went and no delivery arrived. I called the store again and while providing my order number as specified on my delivery form (the same number I provided every time I spoke to anyone previously) I was interrupted mid-number and was informed that "that number was too long and it wasn't my order number". Once I was allowed to provide my order number I was informed by Kenya the driver tried to call and was unable to reach me. I did not have a missed call or a voice mail. At this point I was informed that I would need to wait another week for my order to be scheduled for delivery. I reluctantly agreed to have the delivery scheduled for 4/29 and asked to speak to the store manager. I was transferred to the manager on duty Kevin who was very nice and wanted to be able to help and even offered to bring the wood to me himself but could not get clearance to use the store truck to do so. This entire experience has been a complete joke and it is incredibly clear to me that customer service doesn't actually mean anything at Home Depot. I will not be doing business with this or any Home Depot location in the future.

this is a brighter better store than the other two I've been to in my area. Merchandise just seemed fresher and clearer. this location is more of a retail center than a contractor center, I think. I like it.

The Home Depot at Six Mile Road is a particularly good store. The store itself is attractive from the outside and well laid out. Love shopping here!

The store is well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. I especially like the fact that they have a tool rental department. I've used that service several times and it's saved me a lot of money over having to buy tools I'll rarely use.
