While visiting the area from SC, we made 3 visits to this store in one day to buy all the mulch we needed for a local family member. Diamond helped us in the home and garden department and was so friendly and helpful in all 3 of our visits! Diamond represents your store well! Thanks for the hospitality during our visit

The incompetence of the staff at the Hill Rd., Home Depot is quite comical and upsetting. I give them a measurement on my deck - it's a rectangle and they end up six boards short. And then I have to order more boards and get charged more for not having a big enough order. Well, when I ordered the big package, the Home Depot staff didn't order enough boards. so why should I pay an extra fee $75 because I needed to order five extra boards that your employee told me I didn't need !!!! a bunch of bullcrap & truly shaded business

I was concerned that I would have trouble selecting the right faucet for a bathroom sink. It’s a shallow sink and I didn’t realize the faucet size was an important issue. The worker was so helpful. I plan a few updates and will be very comfortable using Home Depot for these projects. In fact, I’m actually now looking forward to getting them started!

I am 84 years old and appreciate that the staff is so polite and helpful. They always take the time to answer any questions and give hints on how a repair is possible. The staff know the products and where they are located. I appreciate efficiency.

There isn’t a Home Depot within 50 miles I would step foot into unless it’s the hill rd location in Mundy Township! Rachel in flooring, and Joanna at Pro desk are the highest of high quality employees I’ve ever met and I’ve never had a bad experience at this location! The same cannot be said about other Home Depot’s in the area! It is BEYOND worth the extra distance to travel to get the service and assistance you need at this location and they will be the only store I ever visit for life!

During our kitchen remodel, the staff in departments: cabinets, flooring, countertops, appliances, paint and lumber were very helpful in giving us direction and options to help us complete our project!

My furnace was condemned today by an HVAC company. When I walked into the store I was unbelievably stressed out to the point where I was having a hard time even just making a decision about what space heaters to get. Matt in plumbing walked by and must have seen the stress on my face. He told me to hang tight while he went and clocked in. He then answered all my questions, helped me get approved for a credit card, and got me scheduled to have a company come out and replace the furnace. From start to finish it felt like Matt was a friend. Like he actually cared about me. Being new to this area, that meant the world to me!

Today I came into your store to pick up some basic home cleaning items. I decided to browse a little bit since you had some sales going on, I bumped into one of your workers that I can only describe as a gentle giant. He had beautiful long flowing hair, and a meek comforting voice. He helped me purchase a washer and dryer at a very affordable price and even got me approved for a Home Depot card so I could add a few Christmas presents for my husband. His eyes are so trusting and his knowledge and intellect on the products was superb. I can’t say I have ever had a more enjoyable shopping experience. I will be loyal to only the hill road Home Depot moving forward, and if I am lucky enough to experience his customer service again I will count myself blessed. He is a massive asset to your team, not only in stature, but over all. Every employee should set the bar to be as impeccably flawless in the industry as this man. I believe his name was Matthew. You should all aspire to be like him one day.

My son is a veteran and im fixing thing on his house to sell.Im purchasing the materials and forgot he could save$ with his discount.Angelia gave me 10% off.Because I didn't have his military ID way 😎 on her part.However I've made other purchases and am hoping to get discounted on them.When he brings his ID in and adds his phone number thank you ANGELITA!

Cassandra the sales clerk asked if i would like to save $100 . i was very snarky and sarcastic, and yet she maintained her composure, smiled, yet surprised, and asked again, "you really wouldn't want to save $100 at check out today?" I remained a little agitated and again said "NO" more emphatically. Realizing i was being obnoxious, i explained in detail my frustration with my Home Depot credit card, and she offered to contact them for me. My mood had changed by then and i simply opted to pay with debt card realizing the situation had nothing to do with her. Cassandra remaining calm and helpful diffused my otherwise frustrating experience. Thanks!

I brough my first John Deere Zero Turn lawnmower always wanted one it seem to be all I needed to get the job done. Got it home read the instruction and gave a try I know this was a purchase for me I could not ask for a better mower.
