Great service, the clerks were friendly and helpful. I checked online before I went to the store and was pleased that they had the item in stock when I arrived! I have had other stores, very recently, where their website said they had something, only to arrive and find that it was not in stock!

The store was clean and there was someone cleaning carts upon entry. Yashica was extremely helpful. She checked surrounding stores for the item we were looking for, was very friendly, and literally got on her hands and knees to reach an item we needed.

Store failed to enforce state mask guidelines with customers or staff. Many employees either had no mask or had masks over their chin, exposing their faces. This store is clearly not taking re-opening for business seriously and I will avoid it.

We always find what we need, and the store is clean and stocked. We have shopped there for over 30 yrs and never had a bad experience. Friendly and helpful employees.

I use this store quiet often and have always found the parts I needed and the help that I required when I wasn't sure what I needed.

I was guided to the department for flooring, My sales person Stacey spent time with me and helped me figure out the conversion into square footage. The store was clean and was keeping up with the safety of it's employees and customers following Covid 19 practices.

Store Assiciates worked very well with me even though we are separated by 600 miles in stick building a backyard storage shed which I had never done before. They worked with me from the foundation all the way through ventilation through the roof. They quickly provided answers and excellent advice to all my questions and effectively processed the financial transaction over this physical distancing.

I would recommend this store for anyone purchasing floor tiling. Had several questions and needed assistance. Melissa and Mandy answered our questions and showed us other tiling online. They also explained the texture and coloring of the product category we were looking at. I can't thank Melissa and Mandy enough for their friendly and professional help. The Mundy Twp. Home Depot is the closest. They are very helpful and if they run out of an item they will check to see which store does have that item along with quantity. Anything on my honey-do list can be found right there.

I love to browse in this store! You can get a coffee and listen to music and all the employees are so friendly and helpful!!!

I’d like to give kudos to Brian he is very knowledgeable in parts and can answer specific technical questions about every thing I’ve asked him especially in the electrical department. And that’s saying something from an area electrician now nurse practitioner..... I don’t also like to express my satisfaction with one of the store supervisors Michele. She’s always been able to help me with any store issues I’ve had. She has good people skills and communicates well...
