I have been working with Dan for about two years on a residential cabinet project that is finally coming to fruition. He is excellent! A true professional with great ideas design work, and follow through. I can highly recommend him for residential cabinets!

I needed roofing materials in a hurry and they went above and beyond to make it happen for me. Super friendly and very helpful. I wish every retail shopping experience went like this one.

Garden department is easy to navigate. Easy in and out of location. When shopping for other products, I can always find someone to help

Ran into a nonstandard issue with the Depot on ordering and payment. One they had not seen before and a couple of young people stepped up and solved the problem quickly with customer service coming first. Been a long time since I was this impressed with "customer service" anywhere!

We were helped by Shakala, Delaney, and Elecia. They helped to ring up everything correctly, made sure we got the best deal, and were very kind and friendly! The customer service they provided was great! Definitely will be back to this store for future home projects.

Using self checkout, the scanner stopped working. Had to get employee to come help. Once she scanned in the number of items, she started counting them. Pointed out the total on the screen and she turned to let me know she knew how to count. Such rude employees. I’d rather go to Lowe’s.

My shopping experience here deserves special mention. Its employees were knowledgeable of my needs and accommodated me quickly. Well stocked store. Plus, the store exudes friendliness to shoppers.

We were looking at vinyl flooring. Keith Z. Was very helpful.

I had a leaking faucet in my bathroom that did not have a name on it. I went to a couple of places and could not find a replacement. At The Home Depot I found one that I could swap parts on and make it work. Now have happy wife happy life

Found what I needed no line at check out along with friendly cashier.

Customer service team and Paint department are second to none. I have been here twice with large orders. Thank you so much for being patient and fixing my error the last time.

Shipped around and found Northern Tool had the Milwaukee combo pole saw and blower on sale for 349. Didn’t buy and proceeded to Home Depot. Found the same item which was verified by the department manager and the Milwaukee rep who happened to be in the store. Ask for the price match and showed the picture to both the rep and the Manager. Home Depot price was 479. He declined and said they don’t match northern tools but would give me 50 dollars off. Went back to northern tool and saved a bunch. Watch out for the customer gouge at your friendly Home Depot. Now I wished I have priced checked the refrigerator I purchased at the same time I received no price match. Sincerely. Disgruntled

I like this store . You can find anything on time . They have good customer service! Their worker all of them are nice and hard worker and friendly!

I signed up for the home Depot credit card and she made it extremely easy. I've had her as a cashier before and she always had the best attitude. Genuine not fake and the only thing better than her personality is how she is so very helpful.

I bought a window blind which needed shortening the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to measure and cut the blind according to my requirements

Walked behind cashier to register to checkout. He (Matt) took a hit from his e-cigarette. Wreaked and stunk like dope/THC, whatever you want to call it. Was awful. He never spoke a single word to me. Nothing. Never told me an amount or anything. Until I took the receipt and put it in the bag, and I said “well thank you”. And his response was “uh…yeah”. Clearly out of it. Most unprofessional associate I have ever dealt with there. Most likely be back again, but will pray I never have him as a cashier again.

Andrea is a ray of sunshine. Fast and efficient. Diligent in her work. Plus she is always there! She deserves whatever is available to her.

I had a bad experience with an online order. The customer service staff at this location went out of their way to make things right. I won’t be ordering online again, but I will definitely go to this store again because of Eddie and Meaghan doing their best to help in a situation they didn’t have to.

I have to share that Scott and James in flooring went above and beyond. They took their time to answer questions and managed the time well. Several other customers had questions and concerns during our time. Both Scott and James made every effort to assist them as well. I was very happy with the service and experience.

I purchased a new washer and dryer at the Old Fort Parkway store and worked with Shannon to get this done. Shannon was knowledgable and patient and helped me make choices that made sense in my circumstance. She also put in the effort to help me save a considerable amount of money. This couldnt have gone any smoother!

James was awesome and very knowledgeable and friendly. We are replacing two exterior door and James made the process so easy.

Wheelbarrow is in stock but not assembled. I cannot get the store to give me the wheelbarrow purchased or the pieces for me to assemble myself. They say there is one guy that knows about wheelbarrow parts and he only works one day a week and is backed up on work. Purchased Wednesday and it is now Saturday. I have gone to the store in person and phone calls. Garden center near wheelbarrow parts had bags of what looked like salt busted open that we had to walk through and equipement left in isle we had to walk around. Shelves and items were dirty covered in years of gunk. I told me children not to touch anything. We spent an hour in the store and never saw a garden center employee. The wheelbarrows are in pieces and it is not clear what kit boxes, tubs, wheels, or handles go with which wheelbarrow. We had to go to the service desk several times to try to purchase the wheelbarrow. They didnt know how to get us the wheelbarrow other than pay for it and wait for this one guy. We will have to request a refund and go somewhere else.
