Poor customer service. Remember employees, you only have a job if people buy from there and if you don't treat customers well, then unemployment line for.

none of the merchandise aligned with the aisle names. almost no one wearing masks, incl managers.

Always a great experience shopping at the Murfreesboro location, great selection on everything I need, service is always there when I need help and even when I don't they always ask. The lumber guys always have it stocked to the max and looking good, never have a complaint when I'm stocking up on wood.

The store is clean I neat and associates were Very helpful

Customer service at the desk were phenomenal. The appliance service was AMAZING!!!!!! I have never received service as i have today. She went over and beyond the call of duty. She had product knowledge and great advice. I would absolutely recommend this Home Depot location in Murfreesboro for all your home needs. Today was amazing at Home Depot because someone came to my aid in both places of the store. Very friendly in all instances and helpful. When I was ready to check out the young gentleman that was last helping me pick out lumber started with me through checkout and placing my purchases inside my van. Very positive and user friendly experience. The store was exceptionally clean and organized today. I highly recommend this store.

We had some items to return and Jacob handled our transaction quickly. He was very friendly and helpful.

The flooring/carpet sales team is great. James and Keith were the two that worked with me. This was my first experience and they were patient, kind, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions, about the flooring and the process. Andi, one of the managers even came by to check to see how things were going and told me when my flooring was delivered if my husband and I needed help lifting it to let her know and she could work something out.

Whenever I shop at this Home Depot location, I am always greeted with a smile and get taken care if assistance is needed

Felt very unsafe while shopping at this location during a pandemic. They took very little care to help prevent the spread. The sign when entering said they limited capacity. If that's true their definition of limited capacity is a joke. They had outside VENDERS there harrasing customers inside the store. One of them got in my face like about 12 inches away and did not respect my wish to socially distance. Never going back there. They are part of the problem!

I use the ProDesk often for so many orders with my Property Management company and Natalie has been amazing! She goes the extra mile and when certain things haven't been in stock she has been able to find comparable things that would still work for us due to the timeline we have been under with our flipping/remodeling! I love the ProDesk & recommend it 10 out of 10!

The sales associates really are helpful. Someone always greet me with a smile when I enter the store or while I am shopping. This is very important to me. I can easily find what I come in for, which is important because I am sometime in a hurry.

The manager treated us great. He went above and beyond to assist us.

Went in on Saturday to order a door. The rep. gave us a price but failed to tell us this was with a discount that was expiring that day. We came in the next with the specs. they needed and ended up paying about 100.00 more. Would have been nice to know this so we could have ordered it the same day.

Store was clean and we can always find help when needed.

She was AMAZING. She held a conversation as she scanned my item. She asked about my day and complimented my purse. If i could I would’ve tipped her. She needs a raise in all honesty. I SHOPPED AT THIS STORE AT 8:00 AM ON SUNDAY MORNING. VERY FEW CUSTOMERS WERE THERE AND I HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING AROUND TO AREAS THAT I NEEDED TO SHOP. THE EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND FAST CHECKING OUT. I MOST ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED AT HOMEDEPOT. THE STORE WAS NEAT AND CLEAN

Bought carpeting and had a very good salesperson. Hoping install goes as well as sales did.

The store is easy to navigate. It is generally easy to get help from an employee.

Very helpful staff Clean store with all employees wearing mask and sanitizer in various places .

All staff were very helpful. One of the workers helped load a new toilet and walk is to check out. He had no problem with helping nor did he act like it was out of his way. Thank you!
