Just would like more room to Maneuver through the aisle to shop more comfortable with the carts it gets frustrating and hard to get to where we need to go

You never find assistance, the worse homepod store.

I went in at 2 separate times this evening to get paint. Both times I was there there was one women working while also trying to train someone. Nikita the women working there both times I went was amazing. She was swamped with a line of customers each time but was killing it!! She gave no indication that she was swamped and had a smile the entire time. She was just amazing even laughing with customers! I was so impressed that I waited for 20 minutes to speak w/ manager to tell him!!

Novalie was great help, she was knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly.

Energetic and helpful employees. Was able to get in and get the things I needed with ease.

They made a mistake at the self checkout and made me wait for 40 minutes to get my credit back and being able to make my purchase and didn’t care at all about the situation

Tony helped me with some missing parts on my GE refrigerator. He asked Kerry from hardware to see if there was a fix that would work today, however not available, Tony worked with Diana online to get the hardware I needed shipped to me, as well as getting credit back for ordering just before Memorial Day when the fridge is now on sale.

Was lied to about rental of equipment returned early and then was charged additional money over the deposit No one had time to help with anything to busy goofing off and playing on phones

The self checkout is getting from bad to worse. Was in the store today and 3 associates just stood while the recording went off more times than I can count that customer needed assistance. Even tried to get their attention to no avail. Ever since they went to this model, I have hated going here. Horrible service. Home Depot customer service used to be excellent, now it is non existent.

I had outstanding assistance from Tyson in purchasing replacement fuse for my microwave, he researched exactly what I needed and helped me find the correct item, when I had originally selected something similar but it would not have worked

The employees, especially cashiers, are very friendly. They always go above and beyond to help others and do their best to improve a customer’s shopping experience.

I am retired & seeking to become a true DIY'r. I find the North Ft Worth Home Depot has most everything that I have been currently looking for. There seems to always be helpful store associates who will help me things. I also especially appreciate having vendor reps; in particular the Ryobi tool rep- talk to them every time I go into the store.

Honored online pricing as advertised, helpful in finding difficult items and made sure someone was available to load heavy items in truck

We just bought a GE washer and dryer, the person at appliances was very knowledgeable and kind. We always go to this store for what we need for the home, I recommend this store .

I always have a great experience in the North Fort Worth store at Tarrant Parkway. You can always find a worker to help. Check out and refunding items is always simple and easy. Great Store!

I ordered a couple of items on HD dot com for pickup. When I was pulling in the parking lot I got a text that the order was cancelled because they were not in stock. I walked into the store and they had four of the items I was looking for. Seems the guy responsible for pulling them was too lazy to even go check. And when confronted by a manager, he got very aggressive. So much so my wife warned me to not get involved. Timothy needs to be fired.

I have used this Store for all my projects. Home Depot has earned my loyalty because they have supported our school programs and have what I need for my projects.

Go visit Elizabeth and you will see the great customer service skills that I saw.

- Out of stocks - Poor customer service and politeness - Deficient in a courteous store culture - I did not find what I needed, I settled in the name of rain and time. - The attitudes of the store and associates needs to be cleaned up. - The store did not portrait it self to be a clean store

Limited products, phone hungry cashiers at garden area (Victoria), boxes on the floors.
