Richard (Hardware) and Linsey (Cashier/Returns) were excellent and helpful. Concerning the survey, all of the questions and comments could have been put on two pages including this review.

The store is usually always busy with a steady flow. Very clean and friendly employees.

We had an amazing experience with a young man named Schedrick (probably wrong spelling) He was the only employee who helped us throughout our visit! Everyone else just ignored us! Then we had to deal with Brooke who checked us out. We asked if someone could help us load 2 large barn doors and she said everyone who does that already went home! This is after we passed 3 able bodied male employees and 2 more were just 20 feet away from the register stacking carts!! Schedrick came up without being asked just to check on us and helped me load up!! Talk about a sweet and sour visit!!!

Meghan was great. She helped us through our first home improvement purchase. She was so patient and knowledgeable. We were able to ask all of our questions and get them all answered without ever feeling like a burden.

HOME DEPOT WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THE PRICES WERE GREAT AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

I was helped by an employee named Griffin on the Pro-desk. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and patient. I have never rec'd. such awesome customer service at any Home Depot EVER. He should be an example of how all employees should act when a customer enters the store. He walked up asked if he could help... and didn't leave until he knew I was taken care of. a true example of "YOU CAN DO IT... WE CAN HELP"

I am a contractor and I only shop at Home Depot. The North Fort Worth store is my primary store since it is very near my home. I've shopped at many other Home Depot stores in the DFW area and I like the North Fort Worth store the best. It is by far the cleanest, best organized, and most helpful.

I always have a great experience going to this Home Depot. Never at any time have I had a problem that was not resolved immediately.

Although it is always difficult to find an employee if you need assistance, they are generally very friendly and helpful once you have requested or located one.

I used to enjoy this store but they have removed all the cashiers except for the "Pro" checkout. Everything is now self checkout.I will not be going back.

Store employees are very courteous and helpful. This is an excellent place to shop! We were able to get assistance within 10 minutes although there were many customers in the store. We found exactly the items we needed. Store employees are knowledgable about locations and merchandise.

Even though this store is the closest one to my home, it is the worst in my area. It is frequently out of stock of normally purchased items. I notice a high turnover in employees indicating poor management.

ROOFING ORDER SCREWED-UP ROYALLY. I ordered my roofing materials on August 20, 2019 to be delivered on August 26 early morning. Order # H6814-129233. When delivery came, it was 36 bundles short, it was missing the whole pallet. I was out of state returning that afternoon. My partner called Home Depot North Fort Worth about it. They answer that delivery came from Roanoke location call them. Please note here that I ordered and paid at North Fort Worth location and we do not know and it is non of our business to know that where delivery is coming from. Upon my arrival I went straight to North Fort Worth Home Depot ( NFWHD). It took them over an hour to find out that Roanoke Home Depot shorted and failed to load full ordered on truck. PLEASE NOTE HERE THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO FINISH MY ROOFING JOB ON THAT DAY BECAUSE OF IT. They promised that they will deliver rest of the materials early morning on August 27th by 6 30 AM. They wanted my people to be there to unload the materials. My people, 5 of them were there on time. Delivery came 7 AM with wrong materials. I am still waiting for the right materials to be delivered. I loss one day of labor for 5 people because of this screw-up. I am hoping that Home Depot will look into this and issue a compensation for the lost of work. Please make note that it was prediction for rain on 27th and it it did and it further screwed up my work.

Aubrey was fantastic at the checkout counter. Great service and attitude. The only employee who really helped me during this visit.

I was attended right away and was given the info on new AC, also was given an appointment. The next day the agent came and we made a deal on a new AC which will be install tomorrow.

This location has remodeled and has replaced employee check out with mainly self check out. If Americans do not have jobs, how are they suppose to buy your items. No employees available in the departments to assist locating items. The prices did not reflect the reduction in work force.

The store is clean enough, but the employees I deal with do not seem happy with they employment. On every visit I always see new faces in the isles. There seems to be a high turnover of employees. They seem dissatisfied with management. Your store does not stock common items available at other Home Depot stores nearby. (further from my home). The store was run much better five years ago.
