There was a gentleman by the name of mike at the homedepot in hintsville om the parkway that crawled on his hands and knees to get me a product ? Im not sure how much more customer service there could be?

My cashier Yolanda was such a sweet lady she smiled laughed joked with you made sure you had everything you needed she’s always such a cheerful person.. she makes this place better!!!

I purchased a tool cart for our daughter who is a tattoo artist to use in her shop. We found the item online and went on store top purchase. The employees there were extremity helpful and the item was not only in stock as the website promised but also had a lower price. My daughter was thrilled with it and we always have a great experience with home depot.

I was in today to get and air conditioner and Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful on selection that would find my need. Thanks Mark and Home Depot

I bought a Loan Mower and it works very nice! I am so glad I did buy it on Home Depot. It is an excellent product and the employee offered great help explaining how it works.

Employees at this store were very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. A specific employee went above and beyond to show her enthusiasm and joy in her work. My husband snd I left happier than when we came in. Her name was Yolanda. The product we bought was also easy to find, a good price, and has been working fabulous for us.

I went to get paint and the employees in that department were so friendly and so patient while I decided about color and finish. The check outs were staffed well and waiting was not an issue. My check out clerk was so nice and really made my day.

Two employees went out of their way to help me seek item I was looking for. Definitely recommend this location for OUTSTANDING customer service.

Another disappointing trip to Home Depot. Bought the wrong size and they refused to refund or exchange. Both employee and manager didn’t have a clue. Don’t waste your money

There are 3 Home Depot stores within 20 miles of my home. This store consistently has more choices and provide the best customer support.

I like the attitude the employees have. I always can find help and there always in a good mood when the help. That’s what brings my day better.

I bought an item for $9.97 at Home Depot. I have seen the same item on sale on You Tube for $69. And I didn't have to wait.

Found the exact item I needed and the checkout process was fast and easy, especially Ms. Jayne, the on duty cashier. She was cheerful and her smile was genuine.

After refusing my check (and not being able to tell me why) I went to bank and got a cashier's check and they refused that! Had no idea what a cashier's check was.

This store used to be horrible, they didn’t have enough employee’s and didn’t honor Veterans discount. They are far superior to other home improvement stores in Huntsville. Home Depot is my go to home improvement store. In fact I pass by Lowe’s and drive 2 miles out of my way.

Mr. Ed was what made my recent visit to your store so much better. He was willing to help me, even though, his dept was outside loading customers trucks. After the over heard verbal exchange from Hispanic female telling Ed to get back outside and stay. I hope, I did not get him into trouble. It was 103 degrees outside and Ed was coming inside to get water. Store clean. Many contractors much mud, etc.. Long line at cash registers in Pro Shop area. At times, lots of employees but some are reluctant to help Has one thought of putting bottled water outside or inside for those outside employees in a therma container? Seems humane to me.

My trip to this store was a very positive trip for me. I went there shopping for blinds and was standing on the blind aisle looking confused. The store associate (I believe his name is RT) saw me there looking confused and helped me. He showed me all of my options. He was able to tell me which blinds I would be able to get the quickest and even informed me about the return policy. He made my trip to Home Depot very pleasant.

This store has amazing customer service especially one of their cashiers who is full of joy and her laughter is spectacular. Having to work in the rain sucks but because of her I know the rest of my day working will be just as great as my experience. Very clean restrooms and store as well

If you're looking for the best home improvement store in North Alabama, here it is. The associates are helpful and friendly. I always find the products I'm looking for and the selection is the absolute best.

I recommend the community neighborhood store. Have very knowledgeable people in department and their willingness to help is great. Returns and refunds on big items I recommend take names and follow up. I shop here at lease 3x a week.
