My main issue with Home Depot is finding stock on some things. Not big ticket items but Items that I need to do repair work with. Employees are generally friendly and willing to help when you can find one without going to Customer Service to help. I'm sure that the pandemic has had something to do with it and I try to be patient. I may be over critical, but that's the way I currently feel. Overall Home Depot is a good store and I will continue to shop there.

Employees not as friendly as other home improvement stores. Much improvement they’re more employees available than they used to be. Kudos.

Employees ignored me. Took 2 hr. to resolve a problem. I've always shopped at Home Depot and had no complaints before.

An employee was particularly rude when closing time came. Instead of offering help for me to find my final item, she addressed me rudely saying “uh ma’am are you ready cause we’re closed!” with this ugly look on her face and sassy tone. Her name is Angie. I heard another employee address her when she had told me the incorrect door to leave from (also in a sassy manner), saying “Angie stop telling ppl to leave from the middle door! It’s broken!” Angie never said thank you or have a nice night either, so neither did I.

One of the best & most helpful staff i have seen at HD from US or Canada.

The store was very clean and the employees were super nice and helpful. My cashier Kemberlee was also very helpful when double bagging my items! Will be back to this location.

It was great to see that others enjoyed the spring day and visit the garden shop. What made it super was the great customer service.

If you have an issue with something, ask for Ferrisho. This guy went above and beyond to right a wrong and it was greatly appreciated by me. Honestly, I was about to write HD off my list. No store is perfect, but it is how they react to an issue that makes the difference.

Plumbing associates are amazing at this location! Shout out to Mr. Tom and Ms. V; you both are so fabulous! I never try to fix anything, too scared I will make things worse. But both associates gave me instructions on how to fix my leaking tub faucet and shower head. I made a total of 6 trips and bothered them (separately) each time I came in. I had more questions, made more mistakes, and neither gave up on me nor became impatient. Thanks so much for what you do!

There customer service is terrible. You will not be greeted. They will not seem eager to help you unless you are a certain race. I will not be returning. I listened as everybody else got a how are you doing and a nice day except for me.

great location...previous time, I had TWO of your employees trying to help me..I'm 75 years old lady and I really appreciated all their help. And it was helpful.....good people, good place.

The best thing about this store is "Nancy" I look for her every time I am in this store. Kind, friendly, I think of her as a friend. Well Done Nancy!

This location is by far the worst location. I do not frequent this location because of the customer service. The products I needed were not in stock as it said it was online. No one offered to check the inventory to see if it was elsewhere or ask anyone else if they knew where it might be. The cashier seemed inconvenienced during checkout and was upset that my friend asked for his free Coke when she did not offer how to save money. I inquired about the free Coke and she quickly said that I don't get one, only he does and was not polite about it. I had to help the associate put my product on a cart instead of him getting help from a coworker. No one offered to help load my products in the vehicle as it was very heavy and expected assistance. Go to the South Parkway location if you need anything!

Don't go here unless you want to wait in long lines to get through a self checkout. Very disappointed with your layout and the missing employees to serve your customers. Did not enjoy the 20 minute wait.

I can get everything I need when I shop there.

Hunter in Lumber helped my find the correct OSB 4 x 8s I needed, then cut them down to my required dimensions with a very courteous, fast, and helpful attitude. The contractor checkout woman was also very friendly and helpful. Best experience I've had at this Home Depot. Keep up the good work!

I have been waiting for over two weeks for the store to tell me that a simple copper flex hose (that I ordered online) was there and ready for pick up. I was trying to be patient because it is the holiday season and there is a pandemic. This morning, I received an email telling me that my item was picked up. By whom???? It certainly was not me! Very poor customer service!

The store was clean and what I needed was easy to find and associates was very friendly.

Shopping at this location has made my home remodeling project go smoothly. Most products that I need are readily available.

Ranisha was so kind and patient, young folks these days are rude. She was wonderful...

THIS STORE SEEMED FAR MORE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THAN THE STORE ON SOUTH MEMORIAL PARKWAY.

Clean store, and great friendly service. Associates were very helpful in finding what I needed.

What I like about this store is the smiles and kindness of the cashiers.

Middle aged man at the paint desk does what HE wants, Not what the customer requests.

Far too many people not wearing masks, including at least one employee. Profits over safety is not a good motto.
