I have shopped many years at this location as have other members of my family. We have always been able to find what we were looking for and the individual experts were always willing to help and answer any questions as well as make suggestions when I wasn't exactly sure what I needed for my projects.

Look for Carter! He is AWESOME!!

Customer service was nonexistent!

Gary was very helpful in locating the filter for my home humidifier and figured out to remove the old from its casing.

I came in for a small item but was treated very well. I rarely use automated check out, but did this time. Nice lady advised me of the military discount (I didn't know) and walked me through the automated check out procedure. Couldn't ask for more.

Mark and Norma were excellent with customer service! Mark helped me get my blinds cut then took my Mom and I over to look at shower heads. Which they didn’t have in stock so we went up front and Norma behind the counter called Gladstone and found one and she was excellent at checking us out. I had foot surgery so they both helped get our stuff to the car. You can’t find customer service like that these days! Thank you both so much. Danae Price

I ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WHEN SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL. FEMALE EMPLOYEE, CHRIS IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT, HAS SAVED ME TWICE ALREADY WITH HOME REPAIRS PROJECTS.

My trip to this Home Depot was a great experience. Shawn & Andrew where so knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot for all of your home improvement needs.

Very clean store and friendly staff. I would say that Cashier Juanna would get a gold star in my book. if you were having a bad day and she checked you out by the time you left store you would be in a better mood. Love her. When I'm in the store I will always go to her register.

Lisa in millwrk went above and beyond helping me pick out,load etc several entry doors and storm doors all the hardware and much more. Her knowledge was impressive,but the fact that she made me feel like she really cared about me was the best part.Ill be needing her help frequently working on the fixer upper I recently purchased in the area. Also Patricia has been very friendly and helpful to me. I look for her every time I come to the store. Having a,clean,well organized store as well as employees like Lisa and Patricia will keep me shopping at this Home Depot.

Juana is always there to be helpful and always knows everyone’s names and says good morning when coming through the front doors.

Store employee Canyon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the flooring we were looking for. She saved us time and money! Always a bonus!

Staff courteous and kind. Very helpful. Only issue: Kansas City currently has a mandatory mask policy for businesses. While all the employees were in compliance, some customer with a MAGA hat on wore his mask around his neck and seemed ready to start a fight should anyone challenge him. None of the employees did anything. He ought to have been barred from entering or escorted off the property.

I found the shelves I was looking for in less than 5 minutes. Assistance was right there loaded them on a cart, checked me out and loaded them in my car. All in less than 15 minutes. Thanks

Friendly and helpful staff

The three ladies at the customer service desk Lori, Rhonda ,and Lucia were very very helpful and nice. But I was not very happy with the manager Sean he didn’t even speak to us or even care that we were in the store even though we spent a lot of money. When I came back after the mower he was the same. He still owes me 100 dollars. Just left me standing outside

The store is not the issue. The installers that they use SUCK! They broke the handle off my old range ,after telling me that they could not install my new range.It seems that the installer used every excuse NOT to install my new appliances.

We went to Home Depot today after purchasing a gallon of paint yesterday, and being unhappy with how it looked. It didn’t seem to have been tinted as grey as we thought it would be. We went back to return it or just to ask advice on what to do. We worked with someone named Chase, at the paint counter and he couldn’t have been more helpful! He offered to tint it darker for us, so we could salvage the paint. He tinted it one shade darker and it still wasn’t as “grey” as we wanted. He offered to tint it one more time - and that was it! It became the color we were originally expecting!! We also asked Chase about other products in the paint department, and he knew right where they were! He is very kind and helpful. It’s never easy to be that person going back to the store to say you’re unhappy with a product, but he put us at ease and went above and beyond for us! So glad the paint didn’t have to just be thrown out!! Thanks Chase!

All the employees were friendly and courteous. I had no problem getting the help I needed - no chasing down someone to get what I needed from the top shelf etc. The employees I met were willing to help and were very friendly. A very well managed store.
