Very friendly clean store

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for 10 years and have always found the staff very friendly and kind. My two daughters and I have participated so far in 88 projects in the Kids Workshop. Ms. Lori is always there with a smile and is so helpful when we receive our projects at the Kid's Workshop. The cashiers are always helpful and get us checked out quickly. Thank You!

He just turned and I saw what I had been looking for more than 10 minutes. When I had some returns Jake at the returns desk was simply phenomenal. The store was clean and products are easy to find and employees are spaced through the aisles to assist with locating what we were looking for or they checked the computer for locations of similar products. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

I always find associates helpful in this store and just not walking around. I was needing help finding a product and the employees were great about sending me to the correct location in the store. I like the location and the employees!!

The store seems short on staff. 2 days after July 4th, 2019, had to wait behind 7 others buying with only one checkout and the Self-Checkout not open. This HD store seems the weakest management of the 5 HD stores in KC metro that I have frequented. I have spent $1,000's in HD over the last 1.5 years on rehab house projects. I think the store Assistant Manager or Manager should have come to the front to check customers if needed. A floor employee told me that the employees would not be leaving until 11 PM after a 9 PM store close anyway.

I really like this Home Depot, There is always someone at the door asking if they can point you in a direction, and usually they will even take you there, There are people around if you need help. Great store with Great employees.

Clean store but not easy at all to find things. After wondering around for a half hour i finally asked someone where the dehumidifiers were. Ended up being pointed in 3 different directions by 3 different employees and none were the right place...finally gave up. Everyone was mostly friendly they just didn't know where to find dehumidifiers. Moving to this location fro Overland Park, i would say this has been by far the most frustrating home depot i have ever shopped in. This has not been the only experience like this at this location.

The Pro Department at Home Depot is the most helpful group that I've experienced in my 68 years. The time they spend in figuring out the best solution for a project is exceptional.

The store was incredibly clean and the employees were eager to help out. It was a great shopping experience and highly recommend this store. A special thank you to Andrew who was able to assist me and even recommend a tool that worked beautifully for another project I was working on. Keep up the great work!

Clean, organized, with helpful employees

This Home Depot HANDS DOWN is THE BEST !!!! you don't have to look for anyone to help they are always available to help you. Most of the employees can tell you the exact aisle and bay to find what you're looking for, and rarely is something out of stock. The staff is very friendly and has product knowledge down to a science. The Service Desk Employees are Awesome! They're very helpful and they are quick. I never have to wait in long lines. Even the Store Managers will assist you and give you useful advice. This is my favorite Home Depot to shop at!!

I was helped be an employee to find an item and when I asked advice the store employee was willing to give it. The checkout was quick and Mariah was pleasent and smiled which gave the experience a positive conclusion.

Customer service here was excellent today. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff took me around the store to show me where things were located. Special mention for Robert on appliances, Nadine who showed me around, and Kenyon on the checkout.

Best store to shop great customer service and friendly

I can into the store on Skyview the day after snow and ice hit the area needing to get 3 40lb bags of landscaping rock for an art project I am doing for a school. From entering the store, to helping me locate things, to checking out I received the BEST customer service I've every had from the nicest and most friendly women working in the store. The bags of rock that I needed were outside in the garden section and Sherry, the woman working there, had to get a forklift to get the rock off the shelving. It was cold and icy and she still went out of her way to get this for me and bring it into the warm store, where I was waiting and another employee greeter/checkout woman spent time talking to me and helping me. I needed someone to assist me in getting the rock into my car and a wonderful young man (Paul, I think), came out and did that for me. I definitely would recommend this place, especially to women who are needing home improvement supplies and things. They were so helpful!!! Prior, about 2 years ago, I had ordered a replacement garage door through this location too and everything went so smooth. We had it installed through one of their contractors. So convenient.

Clean store, excellent help.

Robert is your appliance super star. We've bought several items from him over the years. He is the ONLY employee at your NW Skyview Avenue location that I know by name. My wife and I bought a new LG refrigerator from him on January 9. That evening, the discount on the unit increased from 20% to 30%. He alerted my wife to this change and I came into the store on January 10 to exchange my purchase and get the better price. I doubt few HD sales staffers would have done this!

Excellent service and helpful information from workers at this store. Not always true in all Home Depot stores, but this one is well above average. One worker was very helpful in walking me thru finding a correct ballast for my project and explaining the details on installing it. I rate this big-box store very highly.
