I went to Home Depot in North Kingstown to order appliances for my kitchen renovation. Scott Williams helped me from start to finish and even though I had already decided on which appliances I wanted, he was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about my choices. There was a great Memorial Day sale going on and he made sure all my coupons were applied and saved me even more money.

I want to commend Diane in the North Kingstown customer service department, who has always proven herself willing to go above and beyond to help me as I work on remodeling projects. Recently, I walked into the North Kingstown Home Depot with a piece of wood that I was going to use to obtain a sample of paint from the paint department. I put the piece of wood down and continued with my business and left the store without remembering it. I Went back to the store later to look for the piece of wood that I had inadvertently left behind and ran into Diane, who was just leaving after punching out. I explained my dilemma to her, and on her own time, she checked all the places where I might have left the piece of wood. Worse, even, I was suffering from sciatica and couldn’t even keep up with her while she walked around the store. She told me to sit while she continued the search and I did. Unfortunately she couldn’t locate it. Imagine my surprise the next day when I got a phone call from Diane at the North Kingstown Home Depot telling me she had located the piece of wood and obtained my telephone number by contacting the building supply company where I had purchased it. She had called the company because of a label on the piece of wood , which had its name and my name on it. She called me to tell me that she had found it, I went back to get it and was able to successfully get my sample. I greatly appreciate the effort Diane demonstrated on my behalf. Service above and beyond the call of duty .

I love buying my plants and flowers at Home Depot. They are always healthy and last a long time

I was very impressed with the garden center staff. They were quick to answer questions and make suggestions about the garden plants I was selecting. Nice to have knowledgeable people to reach out to when making purchases!

Very pleased with the great assistance from all the associates, from Ian in the lighting department to the woman in the paint department who helped bring my purchases to the checkout.

I had trouble with an item I bought, and Crytal went out of her way to help me. greatly appreciated.

My only problem with sweepstakes with a single large prize is that the odds of winning are very low. It would be better to have several smaller prizes, say ten $500 prizes instead of the single $5,000 prize as this would increase the odds of an entrant winning something and make them more likely to take the time to fill out the survey.

Love all the Christmas items I bought and love the little bathroom carts that I also purchased.

The location of the store is great. The cashier was friendly and helpful. the location of gift cards in relation to the where the checkout is located was very convenient. Store was clean.

Excellent customer service at the Pro desk!

I had an issue with a purchase and Crystal and Kelly helped me at the return counter. They are true examples of "customer service", something that is rare these days.

I purchased a dishwasher from Scott, the sales associate. Not only did he efficiently help me with the purchase, but he immediately addressed a problem that we had with the installation which resulted in a credit which he promptly applied to my account.

Many thanks for putting together such a great team of employees. They have always served us well!

Pleasant experience with sales person...very informative

At checkout, Diane was pleasant and humorous. She made my husband and I laugh. I can’t remember the exact conversation, but went home with smiles on our faces.

The North Kingstown, RI store is a great place to shop! I go there at least once a week all year long and have always had helpful associates with smiles on their faces! Keep up the great work and thank you for going to work each day that you do!

I was at HD to spruce up my yard. The flower area had people to answer my questions and my mulch was brought to me and loaded into my car. curb side appeal for sure!
