this particular location always has help when needed...and they are very helpful and knowledgeable if you need assistance choosing the right product. The loading area outside the garden center is always staffed with courteous and polite helpers who seem to be very considerate when loading mulch into a person's trunk!

This store is always clean, heated/cooled appropriately for the weather, and the staff is always ready to help.

Get rid of scan yourself register....hire more pleasent employees.

I cannot say enough about the North Kingstown store and it's employees. Time after time, I have received great help and advice when beginning a project. I had such a wonderful experience purchasing faux wood blinds that I did not hesitate to go back to choose a new wall oven. From the time I called to schedule my oven measurement appointment, I knew these folks know what they are doing. I received phone calls advising me of the progress and suggestions for replacement ovens. Upon going into the store, I was greeted by and helped tremendously by Scott and Frank Appliance Specialists. They know their products and procedures. This help eliminates headaches for the common customer. I was so relieved to have all the details addressed and explained to me. Thank you Scott and Frank for taking the guess work out of my purchase. I look forward to getting my new oven and moving on to the next project.

Stress and disappointment - Purchased $10,000 + in cabinets, $5000 in appliances and after two months, what a mess. We had timed cabinets and appliances to coincide. Home Depot delivered cabinets three weeks early, which seemed like a great thing! But, not so fast. Home Depot would not change the date for the appliances. Said they would move delivery dates ahead, but not backwards, so cabinets with no appliances for a month. Still waiting for appliances. Second, two cabinets were delivered completely broken. Three weeks later, told after multiple visits to the store because no one calls back, that they will be delivered in two more weeks. I don’t even know if I can get someone to come back and install missing two in two weeks. I am so disappointed in how user unfriendly my store has been.

All of the people at this Home Depot are extremely kind and service oriented. The three people I worked with were exceptional in all aspects of providing customer support.
