Management excellent . I deal with AJ when I’m in there he knows where things are and will make sure he helps in any way he can to keep customers happy . The staff knows where things are , they are friendly and know how to move customers through checkout in a fast friendly manner . I’m referring to the Pine Ridge location . Very busy store not very knowledgeable and courteous .

On this day Bill and Ellen were awesome at their customer service. Thank you for making my experience painless.

Paul at the local Home Depot is a great associate and you need more like him.

Stopped at another big box and couldn't find what I needed. Went to find some help and was told that there wasn't anyone. Went to Home Depot and was helped to find what I needed within minutes. Home Depot will be my first stop in the future.

Marcello from HD in Naples was so helpful. He took the time to understand my issue, search for replacement parts, and in the end used his skill to help repair my damaged item so I could get back to work! Amazing!!!

My dishwasher of 15 years broke, so I came to the store to buy a new one. Cristina, your associate was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable about the product, and guided me to make a good selection according to my needs and budget. She went above and beyond explaining the new innovations (soil sensors, improved water filtration, more efficient jets, dish rack designs, etc.,) and updated prices. In general my shopping experience was great thanks to Cristina!

Spent far too long in line as there was only one cashier. Then helped a disabled Army vet load his truck, since there were no employees to help. The lot was a mess with carts and trollies. Very disappointing.

On July 3rd, 2023 at about 5:15pm, was was met with employees walking away from customers as to not speak or address questions. The limber department gentleman was fantastic as well as the cashier. The rest were not helpful or appear to just be focused on their phone. Definitely some work and improvement needs to happen in respective or employees being willing to actually speak with customers. The more they can guide or tell a customer where to find an item, more likely customer with spend money for items they may need.

Home Depot is a store that is seasoned and runs well compared to its competitor with whom I had nightmare experience. I will only shop at Home Depot for any and all my home design needs. Had closets built, were also spectacular.

It was a total two day nightmare. I ended up paying $820.75 for a $519 water heater which was under warranty! I received a $444.05 credit for the exchanged water heater, yet ended up with $820.75 bill for the difference plus installation. The whole experience was extremely deceiving. When given the quote I was under the assumption that the price included the cost of my new water, with my credit yet to be supplied. The customer service was the worst I have ever received.

Very good service. What more can you ask for. Everything is always stocked especially electrical tools which can be difficult to find!

Couldn’t find an item in one of the stocks, our department guys gave us a hand, and he took care of it very rapidly, and it was a great experience for us at that point. When we are down in Florida, this is the Home Depot we mostly shop at. It’s a great store. The people are very friendly and courteous. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I was very impressed with Robert customer service support and the willingness to assist with setting up the installation process for my garage door opener. Even when he hit a bump in the set up he called for help and Natalia was able to assist. Teamwork is the key.

ALL THE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED IN THE RECENT PAST HAVE SHOWN THE RELIABILITY OF ITEMS PURCHASED FRONT DOOR,SCREEN DOORS, APPLIANCES AND PLUMBING FIXTURES ,TOILETS SINKS ETC.

We came in looking to purchase countertops for our new kitchen remodel, and Juanita was very accommodating, helpful and provided much-needed information.

Paula the cashier was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Paula was so happy, friendly, cordial & professional! She engaged with a great conversation and compliment! It was such a pleasure dealing with her! I told her to keep up the excellent job and thanks for making my day :) She is definitely a HUGE asset to the Home Depot organization and should be commended on an outstanding job from start to finish! Store is disorderly, associates are not very friendly nor helpful. Shelves are not stocked well, prices aren't always shown and floor personnel are distracted. Go to Bonita Beach store, it's much better.

I’m glad we have a Home Depot that is always so helpful and friendly, cause I’m there a lot and it makes it very pleasant!

Expect little to no help or item is on a top shelf requiring a motorized ladder.

My wife and I were shopping for a refrigerator and were lucky to encounter Adriana. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and most helpful with what we needed. I highly recommend this store.
