The employee Marcson saved my shopping experience. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to help me in a department he did not work in. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. GIVE this man a raise. Thank you marcson.

I have seen a lot of changes in this store over the past decade. First, it is important to note that Luis Q is doing an exceptional job considering the mess Alberto left him. Second, there are phenomenal associates in this store that fail to get recognized for many reasons. How do you lead the district in sales for ten years and go unrecognized? Two specialists in one store have topped the district for over a dozen years yet each new assistant manager seems to focus on what more they can do. Penny and Barb are the best in southwest Florida and I only hope they begin to receive appreciation before it is too late. Inevitably, they will not. Matthew is a glimpse of hope in a neglected department and able and willing to do far more than his service desk running predecessor. Jim and John are top notch, Steve Neff rules, Jack is so so, and Rick Rice is a fantasy football god. Tequila is as cool as the other side of the pillow, and Aaron has grown into top notch management shoes. Pam is great. Sully rules. So does Carl. This store is tough though. Drastic change is deserved, not in staff, in structure. The demand is there. The next door Costco yields 200 million a year, the Lowe’s 60 million while expectation at each surrounding Lowe’s store has a 30 million satisfactory bar. This store should and could make a lot more. The staff is great, but the lot behind the store should be used to make more aisles, increase a shrunken receiving department, and meet demand. This was my experience: I just came in to make a few keys though.

The store was very clean and the merchandise was easy to find. But if I couldn’t find some thing I asked a cashier if she could page somebody to help me find what I was looking for in the aisle. She was very helpful, great attitude, very sweet and encouraged to help us to our needs. As we were checking out we saw her again and we went straight to her as she was she the cashier we asked for help. Soon as we were finished shopping. She still had a great attitude, sweet and was funny. I believe her name was Brooke? You truly have a great employee and she definitely needs to be praised on her hard-work. Thank you Brooke and All of Home Depot.

Melba in the paint department was fantastic! Extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

I went to this store to buy a specific hammer that was in stock as per web site and a furnace filter. The hammer was not in stock, the furnace filter turned out to be rewrapped dirty and used. How does one rate this.

The paint department in this store is great. I was especially impressed with Melba. She took on the challenge of mixing a special paint color to match our sample from home that the paint match machine could not read. It had too much of a sheen. She has an artist’s eye for color and a real skill for tint and color density. She made up a custom color for us that matched our sample from home PERFECTLY. I was very thankful for her patient and kind assistance.

Wonderful place to shop- clean in and out!

I had a great experience at the Pine Ridge Home Depot yesterday. I had what I expected to be a difficult return, but Emmanuel and Bella in Customer Service made it easy.

You'll always find plenty people wearing orange vests who are ready to help! That's a Big Plus!!!

I depend on the employees in orange aprons! As a homemaker, I would be lost in the store without their always willing and available assistance.

Always like the Naples Pine Ridge Home Depot. They are very user friendly and will usually solve any need you may have.

Great place to find everything you need to re model your home.

Not sure what is going on but they close the outside garden checkout and exit in the afternoons, this time a Saturday. If you want propane you have to unlawfully and against fire code take your empty into the store and then proceed to the outside garden area where the tank exchange is. I was directed by the service desk to do this. I went to 2 locked cages and finally on the 3rd found it open with full tanks. No employees anywhere in the outdoor. Then, you have to take a full tank back through the store which is also unlawful and against fire code to checkout. I love this store and have never had an issue until now. I hope this negative review sparks them to change their policy or train their personnel better. The consequences could be horrific.

The Store Associates are knowledgeable and well informed. I had a kitchen and bathroom remodeled ... had tremendous help picking out products and putting things together ... the job was done on time / came exactly when they were supposed to / cleaned up after themselves / job was finished exactly when promised!! The Associates went above and beyond to offer me every type of assistance and were friendly while being helpful. Will always use this store for future remodel jobs in my home.

Every one is extremely helpful at this store and the prices are great! It is clean and very organized. They were out of the product I wanted, but I was shown a different model which was very similar. Great experience!
