Shawn helped me tremendously and took the time to help me find the exact match for a fixture I was trying to replace today 11/16/23.

I entered a review on my YELP site a month ago. here is a copy of the review.

They were out of the product I was looking for and was given a discount for another more expensive one in instead.

In general the store was clean and has the same appearance as always. However, it did feel understaffed as I had to search for help in each department I visited with the exception of the paint department. The staff does not seem to be as knowledgable as they should and I was told to go find someone else more than once. Part of the issue is the entitlement of the younger generations and their unwillingness to be humble, smile, and learn to provide real knowledge in their department. Prices are high and customer service is down, which reflects on how big business is being exploited to benefit finances of the upper class. Things could be much better for everyone if everyone cared at all levels. An investment of time and money into lower costs and training would be very insightful and beneficial.

This is the best home improvement store around the North Mesa area.. Always has clean aisles and friendly helpful employees every time I go..

I went for the mulch that was on sale and found what I needed.

I visit the Home Depot on a regular basis. Today I needed to buy a small device. I found it with directions from on employee and headed to the cash. John H was the cashier. He was very friendly and helpful and we chatted while I checked out. I left the Home Depot that day with a smile on my face, thanks to John H. It was an extremely pleasant shopping experience. Thank you John..

There is another Home Depot about the same distance from where I live. I've not had near the customer service or the help or attention that I get from this one in northeast Mesa /Red Mountain. All associates go out of their way and the store seems to have sufficient associates pretty much any time of day.

Savannah helped me out at the customer service desk. She was friendly, patient, smiled and was able to answer my questions. Management should go tell her what a great job she's doing.

I bought some butcher block for a bar I was building and had a great experience shopping. I received help with getting wooden planks cut. Everyone asked if I needed help as I walked around the store. Maria was my cashier and she helped me to check out.

I am very disabled. The employees at this location helped me SO much.

John H I want to give a huge thank you to today. He went above and beyond for me today. Was such a kind person to speak with and made it feel less like customer service based and more on a human level which was great. He helped me with a trick to use on my drill bit with tape for a wooden project - I thought that was the greatest thing. 10 out of 10 interaction. Good people.

People are always helpful and pleasant.

John H is by far the friendliest most down to earth and very helpful man .

Since moving to AZ and buying our first house in 2011, I have done two rehabs and a lot of lesser projects along the way. I like the McKellips store because it's a little out of the way and not so crowded. They still have a full selection of products and services.

I always enjoy shopping at home depot in northeast mesa... The employees there , especially the men , are all very friendly and remind me of the good old boys. They always help me (elderly lady) and make sure I can carry everything....It's just little things that keep me shopping there!

I came to Home Depot to get some household cleaning products and a few additional items. I was able to quickly locate all the items I needed except one. I was able to find a very helpful associate quickly and they were able to take me to the item's location right away. At checkout, there was not waiting and the cashier was super helpful and also friendly and kind. Great experience at Home Depot.

This location is usually the place to go when others are out of stock on electrical department items. We have found this location has them in stock when we are looking for something in demand.

The 6708 E Mckellips Rd Home Depot is always much cleaner, well organized and stocked than the other Home Depot's in my local area. The employees are always professional, efficient, friendly and helpful in finding where and what I am looking for. I am a loyal Home Depot customer due to the excellent experience that I always have shopping at this store. Highly Recommend.

Delivery of my grill was a nightmare. We are working on three times now for delivery. The first time, it looked like it fell off the back of the truck. The second time it was the wrong model. Third time not all parts were delivered. Your company should be embarrassed. My neighbors think someone is playing a joke. I will not have HD deliver an item like this you're just a big box store that does not care. From now on its Ace for me.

The prevailing attitude of associates at the store is to provide service to their customers, answer questions, and give professional advice. I always look forward to my shopping experience.

I always get what I need at this home depot but lately I've noticed that the employees act like they're actually happy to see you and want to help to help you find your items.. super happy with this location.

We bout a new appliance suite today with the help of Tyler R and had a wonderful experience

I went to buy some salt pellets and once I entered the store, I had to ask where they were located. I got the answer and then I got a great checkout person named Daphne. I could tell that the McKellips Home Depot has a very positive work environment. The employees were all helpful and motivated. They wanted to help, which anybody would appreciate.

everyone was polite and helpful. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule installation and got me scheduled for as soon as possible after hospital stay. I had to cancel original installation the day before installation but was taken to hospital and called as soon as I could and they we great.
