Well run and have never had to go to another store to get an item. Your store is spotless and the employees are some of the best! Very friendly and always eager to help! Ease of locating items is a plus and there is always someone willing to help!

Great Customer Service as always at this Home Depot.

If you shop at this store ask Jaclyn she is a cashier but her customer service skills are amazing. She will do what ever she can to help you get your items.Most products you may have to order but try other stores. This store is clean but like other businesses in area they are in need of trained employees will to help you!!

I needed help with an order and the Operations Manager, Erin, stepped right up. She was simply amazing, professional, and so helpful. She is truly a wonderful asset for Home Depot.

This is a terrific store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, whether helping to find a product or advising on a project. This store (#0406) is always clean, always well-lit, and always well-stocked; the aisles are wide and make moving through the store quite easy. I actively look forward to shopping in this store and inevitably find what I need. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

The men who work in the tool rental service area are always extremely helpful they have great attitudes and will make you smile this Home Depot is fortunate to have the great employees in this area.

Staff is always friendly , store is always stocked , and if you go before 9 am on the weekend you can have every department to yourself !!!!

Store management makes ZERO effort to enforce their posted mask requirements. Clearly don't care about employees or customer's health nor their legal exposure they open themselves up to for posting a policy they do ZERO to enforce.

For almost 15 years i have found the most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff at this Mesa, Home Depot store! After trying more than four others, nearby, this is the one for me! Nice to know, as a woman, questions are answered respectfully. I have found the parking lot, aisles and restrooms to be neat & clean as well. I look forward to spending time here, especially in the garden department. It's a great place to shop especially knowing my purchases are guaranteed.

Best run store in the East Valley

This store is worth the extra drive! It is further from my home but due to the great customer service by all the employees it is worth the drive. This must be from the great manager at this location.

No registers to check out.....exept self help! I waited in the Pro line. I'm not on HD payroll, open some registers!

Adam, in bolts and screws, was so helpful and took the time to explain anything we needed to know. Another couple was waiting to have him help them, because he had helped them before. He was worth waiting for.

The service and help is and always is first class, from being greeted at entering to having any employee provide help. Even at check out staff eager to assist making it a pleasure. I prefer to use the clerks over the self check put because they always make me feel important to shop there! No reason to go anywhere else!
