I was searching at my Baltimore Home Depot for a vanity top, but it was not in stock. The only place it was available was New Freedom. I called and spoke with Tiffany, who helped me to secure it by ordering it over the phone. I was then able to drive there to pick it up, and she had it waiting for me with the box cleaned so it would get dust in my car. The whole experience was awesome, and each employee I encountered was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We have a business that goes on the road & always knee deep in projects so we stop at HD everywhere & frequently. We couldn't be more grateful to have moved close to this particular store. EVERYONE we have had the pleasure of needing has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. I've never been excited to go to HD until now. It's been over 2 years that we've used this store & it has been consistently wonderful! Thank you!

I have always found that shopping in the New Freedom Home Depot is a pleasant experience. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I am familiar with the layout of the #4177 New Freedom store. BTW, the store is really located in Shrewsbury, and is several miles away from New Freedom PA. This store allows for one-stop shopping. They also allow a veteran's discount, as I am retired from 27 years in the U.S. Naval Reserve. Tool quality is above average. Now that Sears sold the rights to Craftsman Tools, I prefer the Husky Tools, as Craftsman has been cheapened, and its quality has declined.

I just wanna give a shout out to the cashier named TJ... she was super and she could not have been anymore helpful or nicer.. makes me want to come back and visit the store again

This may not be biggest HD around, but it's a nice size and well stocked. I can usually find help without too much trouble. I greatly prefer it over the other local HDs in York, Hunt Valley MD, and Westminster MD and they are all better than the big rival. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Associates are quite friendly and willing to help if you need it. Makes it helpful and a better experience.

Every time I visit this Home Depot the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. I love the location in relation to convenience, but the selection and employees make the shopping experience even better.

I am Soo glad to have Home Depot so close to me! My go to store! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful! When doing a home Reno I made friends on first name basis till this day! Returns are NO HASSEL!!!

Great experience this morning at our local Home Depot. I needed to purchase paint and supplies to redo a bedroom. Hannah was so helpful and made this experience a positive one!

The New Freedom Home Depot is my FAVORITE Home Depot. Employees are always helpful and approachable. They know their products as compared to other Home Depot stores I have shopped. I highly recommend the New Freedom Home Depot for all of your shopping needs.

This home depot is a little further from us than the York store however, the customer service we have received here has been wonderful.

This Home Depot is the best HD store! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer, the employees are eager to find out. The store is super clean, and well lit. Thank you for all of your assistance everyone.

Arrived at the store two buy two toilets,sale associates near this area were both busy with customers ,but one sales associate found someone top assist me.Items(in stock) were located and placed on a cart. Self checkout was quick and staff member assisted me with military discount(thank you). Another associate help contact staff to assist me loading items into car.. Overall quick experience with all friendly staff.Price was better than another home discount store.

I normally love this store. Employees are helpful & friendly. When our dryer died, we decided to go to Home Depot for a new one since it was close to our house. I expected to be able to pick one up the same day. I was told they do not have any appliances to pick up in the store the same day, but they had free delivery. Ordered on Sunday, scheduled delivery the following Saturday because they could not guarantee a time during the week when we both work full time jobs. Was called on Saturday that the truck was having issues & needed to reschedule. Earliest day was Wednesday. We work & we're not taking off for a delivery. To me that wouldn't be free. I asked if I could then pick it up in store. Was told it wouldn't be there until Monday. I canceled the order. Ended up picking it up the SAME day somewhere else.
