I actually lived closer to the Danbury store which I find to be busier. I prefer to go to the store a little bit farther away because it's not as busy and there is someone always at the door to greet me and ask if I need assistance. I couldn't ask or expect better customer service. These are my neighbors and they are all good people.

I've never had any problems with this store. The staff is friendly and it isn't a problem finding someone when I need help.

We visit the New Milford Home Depot almost 5 times a week. It is always a pleasure to shop here! We are greeted with smiles and everyone is more than helpful. We greatly appreciate the "local hardware store" feel that they all provide. Special shout out for the cashiers: Chrissy, Cathy & Scott! Always great!!!

I had real trouble with a new box of 3 1/2 inch Deckmate tan screws. After buying and using many of them the new box I purchased was a dude. When I started using them the heads broke off in my project. It created quite a mess as I had to dig out those heads leaving a field of empty holes in my work. This has only rarely ever happened before. This is not the fault of the store but of the Chinese I'm afraid.

We shop this Home Depot at least 5 times a week for business. We appreciate the entire staff, from customer service, to paint, to lumber to the Pro-Desk to the Cashiers... especially the cashiers! Chrissy and Kathy are exceptional and make our day every time we are in.

Excellent customer service from Joe O. in the appliances department. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and was patient while we made our decisions. It was refreshing to have a salesperson with such great work ethic. Thank you!

This Home Depot has a top-drawer staff that have helped us buy the right items for many renovation projects. They are always glad to assist with finding items in the store--or selecting and loading large items in our truck. I highly recommend this big box store with a helpful, "smalltown" attitude toward helping their customers.

This is a very good Home Depot with a helpful educated staff and great managers. Lars and John are standouts at customer service, and there is always someone to help us load up if we are getting heavy stuff. Highly recommend!

Clean store and helpful staff. They have problems with handling phone calls and resolving problems... It's not rocket science..... Please put people on the phones that have some phone etiquette techniques and experience.

This Home Depot is the best I have been in. Due to the assistance I received from David, Sales Specialist in the kitchen department. He helped me from beginning to end and made my experience very easy and enjoyable!

If you have to return anything, service desk ladies are pleasant and fun.

Pleasant, personable people that smile, ho out of their way to help you save time and money!. Why go any place else?? They price match, and mark down! Most of ALL, I've never gotten a bad experience. The staff goes out of their way to make me the most important person in the store. Any questions about THAT?!!

I know that everyone says to shop small and local, but this Home Depot is amazing. They provide some excellent customer service and don't treat women as if they are incapable, like our local store does. They helped me with a project that I had wanted to do for years.

Operating system for home deliveries is ineffectual, poorly staffed, and lacking in communication skills. Store employees are generally friendly, but not knowledgeable about products or their location in the store.

The customer service was terrible and I’ve worked retail for 15 years and I would never treat my customers the way my mother and I were treated. I’ll drive the half an hour to danbury before coming back here again.

This store is well kept...parking is a problem on a busy day. It is well lit and I found everything I needed almost right away

Manager Lisa Baiad was absolutely amazing in averting a nightmare scenario for me during a transaction that turned surreal (too long to go into). She is knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Rare in this day and age.

This store has employees that do not like to work for their money. When you ask for assistance , ask an intelligent question or ask to be served as customers should , some behave as if they were doing you a favor. Sue Hansen is one of them . She is incompetent and seems to be there just to socialize. My husband and I were there this morning and it took her 30 minutes to realized that she could not perform her job . We requested a manager to come and assist . Sue Stevenson came ,helped rectify the problem and we left . A ten minute transaction took 40 minutes of our time . This is unacceptable ! Managers need to know what really goes on .
