This is my regular HD store I shop at. Being a contractor it is important to get in and out quickly as well as have knowledgeable staff to guide me on products I'm unfamiliar with. GREAT GREAT LOCATION

This is an amazing store with knowledgeable personnel. Art, Dave & Ando are the most amazing, friendliest, most knowledgeable people who always, for the past 20 years of my visit, listen to me, feel responsible in my projects, and make sure I will finish my project successfully whether I need right materials or tools. They definitely deserve a high appreciation!

I had been looking for paint, as I do Property Mgt. Also Liquid Nails and various items for the business. *I'd just come from 2 other stores where I was checking product And price. When I got to Home Depot, I found all items I was looking for. And each one was at a better price! Being in own business, that says a lot to me!

Isaac was accommodating & super patient. He always had a great friendly personality.

I shopped at the Newhall Ranch Home Depot today and left. They’re very pleased. The Gentlemen in the paint department named Bob was very knowledgeable. I have shopped there many times in the past and he is always in a great mood! I asked for help from a pro loader, named Bruce Blackstone. He went out of his way to help me load a window and lumber on my cart and then assisted me with loading my truck. Great employees and selection of material! I will shop there whenever I need material, Thank you, Newhall Ranch Home Depot!

Cooper was very helpful and nice. She was very enthusiastic, accommodating, and efficient. She made my entire check out process very enjoyable, I will most very be going back!

I walked in and bought all the laminate flooring I needed and was out the door within 1/2 an hour! The cost was $4 less than I thought and I got a $100 rebate since I spent over $1000. The sales person was so helpful! He loaded my cart with all I needed AND he and 2 other employees loaded it all into my car for me. I'm sure if I asked they would have followed me home and helped me unload it too. ha! I'm excited to have a new floor!

Sam H was very helpful when I needed blinds cut/trim. Really appreciate her taking the time to do a great job. Very friendly. Thank you Sam!!

Bought one of their water heaters that was warrantied for five years. It failed after two years. When I went to exchange it, they charged me an additional $219 because they said the price had gone up since I purchased it. Who cares? They are going to be getting a replacement from the manufacturer. They just double dipped me for an extra $200. COMPLETE RIPOFF.

It has been my privilege to purchase items from #1055 The Santa Clarita store and the Newhall Store. My company builds for the Entertainment Industry. In 2012 we re-opened our business in Santa Clarita. We have made purchases consistently at both stores for the last 10 years. If one store is out of stock of a particular item the other usually has enough for what we need. If neither has what we need the will give us the nearest HD store that does. And often call and ask for a “sight check” to make sure they do indeed have what and enough of what we need. If it’s Sandra at the Newhall store or John, Rosa, Dana or Madison at the Santa Clarita Pro Desk all are helpful and kind no matter how annoying I might be. I am so grateful these stores have Pro Desks unlike many others in So. Cal. That have been changed to Pro’s at check stands. The latter (in my opinion) do not work as well nor as accommodating. I value my relationships with these people. They have become my helpful friends.

I had questions about a tankless water heater and Harry in plumbing was very helpful. He shared his experience and expertise with me. He took his time and answered all of my questions.

Betty in Gardening and Samantha in Tile were so helpful and friendly. They didn't make us feel rushed and answering all of our questions. They give us a crash course in all the info we needed while giving us some helpful tips.

I bought some palms, they looked very healthy.I came back to buy some more and I am glad I did. I am also very sure of the product, since the store provides 90 days warranty.

This was one of my favorite shopping experiences, at The Home Depot or anywhere, in Santa Clarita. I haven't seen this sort of helpfulness since the plandemic began.

I bought my grinder here love the product but Customer Service is lacking they need better training. Janelly will accuse you of trying to walk out wit a product before you get past the 1st register in Self-Checkout.

Employees need training. They do not know how to engage with customers, work the system or ring up a simple order. This is not the first time I have experienced this. Unfortunately it gets worse every time. Management is also very unfriendly and did not even attempt to greet me.

We bought a clearanced dragonfruit from Home Depot, and got some advice from Miguel. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We came back this weekend to thank him and tell Him how much our dragonfruit is thriving! Thank you Miguel, you are an amazing person!

We are relocating out of state, awaiting the close of escrow on our new home, we visited Home Depot on Newhall Ranch Rd. We bought washer, dryer and refrigerator for our new home. Elizabeth was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient in answering all our questions, set up our delivery and out the door we went in about 40 min. We are awaiting delivery for our new appliances.

Every time I come to this store the employees are eager to help. Great attitude and knowledgeable individuals. They also keep the store tidy and well stocked. Thanks guys for your hard work.

This store has a gift for hiring and training excellent employees apparently. It seems there is always a caring, helpful person there to assist me in any way. I especially appreciate the advice given from the nursery management. She is EXCELLENT!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING!!

Sam took his time and explained everything in details which helped us understand the process, timing, and the pricing well. He also made sure we understood our options and pluses and minuses of each which made so much easier and quicker to make decisions. Thank you so much, Sam!

I went to return and item and as I stood in line the cashier who was finishing with another customer totally ignored me for several minutes. She then looked up and called another customer to come ahead of me and she would help them! The said customer said to her, wasn't this lady first? I said thank you sir, yes I was. The rude cashier said nothing but continued to help them. My guess is they had been their earlier and need to get something to complete their return. If this was the case she could have told me.. "May I finish with them first?" or "I'll be right with you". I'm so annoyed I may go back to the store just to get her name so I can let management know that more training in customer service is much needed.
