I had a list of items I needed to purchase, and I was completely lost as I did not know where anything was or what exactly would be the best item for what I needed. Julian helped me out with each thing on my list, and was very helpful. He explained everything very thoroughly & was very knowledgeable. Bob from the paint department was very helpful as well, I had a lot of questions for both of these employees and they made my shopping experience much easier. Thank you to both of them!

The people that work in the Carpet sales department are fantastic ! They listen to your needs and help you through the whole process. I was dreading buying carpet for our rental and Shaunna made it so fast and easy. She awesome.

Lots of employees were on the floor and available to help me find the products I needed. Being a single woman who is not experienced in making repairs or using tools, I greatly needed and appreciated the help.

They assistance are always helpful in finding the item(s) needed or take you directly to someone that can. I'm left COLD at Lowe's most of the time.

3.5 Stars our of 5. Nice clean place but every now and then i found unfriendly people working here. You clients go there looking for service, merchandise, help and to talk to experts about products. There are 90% of the employees working here that are extremely nice and helpful, not my experience at the paint department, i should have ask for a manger but did not have time. I wills till come over hope they can work on the issues with the few employees.

I have been shopping almost daily at this store for years in my line of business. The store is always neat and clean. The knowledgeable employees are always helpful and the layout of the store is great! All of the employees are friendly and willing to help you. They maintain good stock in all areas. I only wish the sale items at the end caps were priced lower. Lol

I have purchased many appliances from this Home Depot. Their prices are always competitive, and Ralph who works in the major appliance section is always so very knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly and helpful store. Returns are never a problem.

Every time I go into the store I am always greeted by someone and asked if I need help. Also employees have more than once, gone out of their way to help in a situation where they were supposed to be off work but stayed over to help us .

The store was as clean as your expect from a busy home improvement warehouse. The staff I encountered was helpful and courteous. They had the items I was looking for at a very fair price. Can't go wrong shopping here.

If your not white you will be put last of customer service believe me I experienced it. I'm from Hawaii but I look Hispanic so they put me last of other customers..

All staff is very welcoming and helpful in all phases of questions from every department imaginable, especially for us not so handy folks.
