The cashiers and store manager were terrific. I had purchased a rather expensive Milwaukee 12v drill kit a couple days before Milwaukee erected a display for that specific drill. When I noticed the display a couple days later, it showed they were including a free 12v 6ah battery worth $99. I talked to the Cashier Debbie if it was possible to get the free battery since I just bought the drill a couple days earlier. She called the Store Manager Matt, and between the two of them, they worked it out for me! All I had to do was prove that I had purchased the drill and when, and they gave me the free battery - without having to do a return ! They went way out of their way to help. * GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE *

The paint department had so many samples of the types of paints and pricing was great. The paint department staff was very knowledgeable about their product Store is always stocked every time we would come in the staff was very upbeat and ready to help

As far as I can remember this Home Depot store was the first one stop home improvement store in Trumbull County. When I bought my first house a few decades ago I used to stop in every day and the experienced helpers would talk me through the day's job(s). It was exciting. I'm older now, but I just went yesterday to replace a toilet and the helpers were just as friendly and helpful as I remember.

Store employees were very friendly. Seemed understaffed around 6.

You will be able to find an associate eager to direct you to store location for a particular item....dont be afraid to ask for help...the story is big for a reason...alot of inventory ...they will always have a lot of what your after to complete your project...if your one for a little exercise walk all the Isles...push a buggy because you will find something you can't leave without...

Hate no cashiers unless you run all over the store to find one and we have to act like we are grateful

The employees we dealt with in Niles went the extra mile to help us find the products we needed at another Home Depot, made the arrangements for the sale and pickup and were pleasant about the extra effort.

Always excellent service and selection. I called in one time to make sure backsplash was in stock and the clerk counted and set back what I needed. He then placed a pick-up-at-store order for me for my convenience. It was an awesome customer service.

Did a bathroom renovation in 2018 and employees in paint and tile departments were very helpful. I just purchased washer and dryer last week and Rich Prezioso was fantastic to work with, very informative and knew his appliances.

Hate we have to check ourselves out and do your stores job, because of all the rich wanting to get richer. Pay me for checking myself out! cheap rich people! I should not have to run all over the store to find a cashier.

The help desk found exactly the fence I was looking for and all the parts that went with it. They a little lax in calling but at least they will take the time to find your item's on line

The employees know what department to direct me to if I don't know. Everything is good.

Good service. Cashiers were efficient, kind and knowledgeable each time I came in to order mulch for our small condominium community. Thanks for the sale. Just wish It lasted longer and wish it was a much better sale for the smaller amounts I had to come in and purchase.

What happened to all the cashiers. I work all day and if I wanted to work nights to checking myself out I would get a job at night. And since you don’t have cashiers I am sure you are saving money but it does not show in any of your prices going down

I bought a garbage can there. The price was $10 cheaper than their online price. The delivery boxes were in the way for me to get a can from the stack of cans. A delivery man helped me by getting the can for me.

Home Depot is always a fantastic experience for us. Everyone in the customer service industry always tries to make their employees be like employees of Chick Fil A, most falling short in some way. But at Home Depot it always surpasses any experience I’ve had at Chick Fil A. I’ve always attributed this to having a family member that works there. But today I went in there with my husband and our 5 kids, and no one knew that we were related to someone who works there and still everyone went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and that we had the best experience possible. Ron stopped us to talk to us and compliment my sons hair (which made his day!) and to make sure we were finding everything we needed. Olivia talked to each one of my kids individually during checkout which made them all feel so special like they were a part of the process. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience!!

This location does NOT stock smaller length threaded 1 1/4" galvanized steel pipe - If you need this item go to the Hermitage store - they do!

Overall, the store was clean, but there were empty wooden pallets in the aisles. The staff is great, but no where near enough people throughout the different departments to assist customers.

GREAT STORE, ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED AND IS CLEAN AND NEET.

VERY NICE PEOPLE AND HELP IS THERE WHEN YOU NEED IT.

I was in to get paint, i picked my color and then picked my paint (a product that i am familiar with that i have used in the past) and when i went to the counter to get it mixed the salesman said that he would not use that particular kind i explained to him that i have used it in the past with no problems that i want to use it, again he told me his opinion and so i walked away i feel he was in the wrong i am the paying customer i listened to what he had to say but i wanted what i wanted and he still basically told me NO and so i went elsewhere and purchased my Paint.
