Glad to see they had the cactus I needed. My wife had a cactus die and I wanted to replace it for her for Valentines day.

I like this store. The only thing I wish they had was a Concierge service that walked around to help people. I waited 20 minutes for a associate to help me and that was after I went walking to find one. I would love to work at this store because all of the people that did help were friendly and helpful it just seemed like there was not enough of them. If you can find her, go through the line with the lady with Blue Hair that was at the self scanner. She was absolutely great!! She kind of young but really knows her stuff. They need to give her a raise!!!

The Niles Home Depot is always clean and neat and the employees are always very helpful. If you have questions about a project they will be more than happy to answer you and even give pro tips!

The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. He listened to our needs! We did not feel pressured to purchase something that we weren’t ready to buy. The store was very organized and neat. Great experience.

Was pleased to find a 2.0 battery for my saws all that I could not find anywhere else.

I almost all the time find what I want. One thing I just think you should spend more money towards would be always having more employees working in the garden center from spring to fall. It isn't very nice to not offer help at all times for older people or people who are not strong enough to load what they need. We wait for twenty or thirty minutes before help arrives, because no one wants to be the one to load. I am sure your company already knows this problem and just figure we can just accept it because you are not going to change it or you would have already. That's it.

I Found that everyone was doing their jobs in a professional manner. My paint color was matched very quickly and the person that mixed it was very friendly. He directed me to the cashier and supplied me with a rebate slip for my paint, pleasant surprise. The cashier was very efficient and instructed me on how to claim my rebate online. A very good experience all around.

Great store and great team members in the lumber department!

All the Associates we met were polite and knowledgeable about HD products and each was willing to help us. The store was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. Our checkout time was satisfactory and the cashier was polite and curteous. I prefer to shop at HD rather than the other Home Improvement stores in my area of travel because the Mall and Starbucks is nearby and is also beneficial to us when we shop. Thank you, Bill

HERES WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT. AND CAN I FURTHER ASSIST YOU. THEN PURCHASING CASHIERS ARE HAPPY AND SMILING. AND THERE IS ASSISTANCE IN LOADING IF NEEDED. FINALLY IF NEED TO RETURN, THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THAT. AND KIND.

This is my Home Depot store. I can always depend on the store having whatever i need. And i have bought everything but the kitchen sink. Very satisfied with the sales reps. they always seem to be anxious and willing to help. There home instillation is a top service too. I Had carpet installed and they where on time and did an good job. very satisfied. And if i had a return they handled that professionally. and i usually just exchanged what product i had brought. Paint department is excellent. Can match the color you want, and go the extra mile. Every department has personnel that will help you and make you feel WELCOMED.

We find the employees at the Niles store usually to be helpful and friendly. We do usually find the items we need. If we need assistance, we can usually find someone to help or find another employee who can. The store has always appeared to be clean.
