I purchased a custom countertop for my kitchen and the Kitchen Designer, Kirsten, was very helpful and gave great advice.

I bought a stove in February and just now went back to purchase a washer and both times Jeff helped me. I want to say customer service is priority here and that is why I keep coming back.

Self checkout experience tops all other stores. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Have noticed very big improvements from prior experiences over the years.. Definitely on the right track compared to its competitors!

I like to shop at this store primarily because of the ready availability and friendliness of it's employees. My wife and I also find that it has a very good Garden Center and the selections are better taken care of in it compared to other stores garden centers. This store also has a good variety of quality items in the store overall, with good pricing.

I visited the garden department and was able to find exactly what I was looking for (lots of product on hand). Checkout was fast and efficient. The line was short because the cashiers were efficient and I was back to my car with the items I'd purchased within minutes!

Received excellent service from Sam! She was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and personable! She previously helped me purchase an exterior front door and that was due to her great service then, as well.

I prefer to shop Home Depot because of the availability, friendliness, and eager to help attitude of the store associates. I don't have to waste a lot of extra time finding what I'm searching for if I don't already know it's location. The pricing is competitive as well.

Clay was able to match my paint from an old Pratt & Lambert color sheet with the name on it. It looks perfect!

The gentleman working in the lighting area was truly exceptional with the great service. I have a hallway ceiling light that was shedding too much 'yellow'. Anyone who shops for light bulbs understands how challenging the search can be. This is my 3rd home improvement store trying to find a solution. The employee made all of the difference. Thank you Home Depot for great products and great employees!

I find that I get good service and prices at this store. And the employees are always helpful if I can’t find an item.

Went to the paint counter and had the most amazing young man wait on me!! They were quite busy and he handled everyone in a very friendly, professional and quick manner!! Love the employees at the Normal, IL Store, always a pleasure to shop there!!!

The Normal store is clean and well organized. The workers are always knowledgible and friendly. I like the fact that I can go in the door where products are in the building that I am there to buy without parking on one end and need to go out another door away from my vehicle. Some doors are not barricaded with shopping carts like your competition across the highway.

I got first time home buyer gift coupon delivered to my home and i availed the offer and purchased items. We can freely roam around and think peacefully what else we need for our new home. Great and pleasant ambience.

My experience at Home Depot people were very friendly the prices was the tremendous low I got what I needed and I'm satisfied

Return clerk was terrible. Acted like he was doing us a favor for checking us out even though we were instructed to checkout there.

I went to research the cost and installation of flooring. Employees were present and asked if I needed any assistance. When I found carpet I was interested in learning more about it. The salesperson was knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and I felt no pressure to purchase carpet.

Really nice people who will assist in your questions. Store was very clean and orderly!

Awesome staff great customer service

The employee in the ceramic tile area was so wonderful, very easy to talk to and he loaded all the tile we needed since my husband had eye surgery and couldn't lift at all. He even pushed the cart to the front of the store, where another employee loaded it into our truck, always a great experience at this store!

Keep hiring employees such as Eric and keep up the great work.Many thanks for giving Veterans the recognition for our service, we appreciate it more than you know.

I have always had very helpful associates with knowledge of the department I was shopping in. Products are easy

Customer service at this store is severely lacking. Some, not all associates are very robotic and insensitive when interacting with customers. Customer service training or retraining is definitely in order. This is especially true at the Customer Returns Desk (exclusive of Sebastian; who is a great representative of what a Home Depot associate should be like. Sebastian is always courteous, kind, considerate and has compassion for the customer). Maybe, Sebastian can be promoted to the Head of Customer Service or Home Depot Head of Customer Relations. He definitely has what it takes. Hopefully, he could get the other Customer Returns Associates to mirror his customer interactions. Thanks for listening and good luck! Captain

We bought our LG refrigerator at the Normal, Il Home Depot. The one we wanted was not in the store, but we got it delivered in a week! Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the appliances and informed us on all the necessary steps to take when the Refrigerator was delivered. The delivery men were very good also and explained all the steps to take before using the appliance. Would recommend this Home Depot to everyone.

The associate in the flooring was very helpful with info about the importance of waterproof material when choosing snap together flooring if you need to mop the floor to keep it clean (also for durability over time). Very helpful.

Jackie and Bridget have been most helpful and I am appreciative of their dedication and attention to serving our needs. Thank you to them both.

Jeff in appliances is the best. Jenn in home and Garden went above and beyond assisting me. Great young lady. Ren, Nick H in home and garden were also awesome.
