All employees, from the greeter to associates that work in each department, are amazing. Each one provides immeasurable assistance when I am not exactly sure what I am looking for. Their collaborative efforts have aided in countless successful home improvement projects.

The Associates make this store great! They are available, they are friendly, they proactively ask how they can help you and they know where merchandise is located in the store. And thanks to their care and commitment the store is clean and has a great selection of items to choose from.

By far the best Home Depot I have ever been to across many states. I will continue going here after I move even though it won't be the closest location. If you have a cabinet project make sure you get Alissa even if you have to wait a few days. So worth it. If you are or aren't sure what your doing or what you need see Gary at the Pro Desk(if you're lucky enough to get to him before someone else does).

Military discount. Employees seem engaged and willing to help. Not "run away" or "seem busy". Definitely helpful when you are staring at a wall or bolts, nuts and screw thinking, "What the heck am I looking at".

Did a little Home Depot Black Friday shopping today. Great experience in Normal, IL. Store had everything I was looking for on hand and staff was very friendly. Little crowded. but I found it all pretty quick. Check out was quick and friendly, clerk even double checked my purchase to make sure he didn't make any errors (good guy).

Recent visit was excellent thanks to a dedicated service pro, Bryant. I was in obvious need of assistance with a simple purchase of a step ladder and Bryant noticed, intervened, and made my overall experience one that will keep me coming back! Nice work!

The employees at the Normal store are always very knowledgeable, helpful and friend. I appreciate the professionalism they exhibit, and they always seem to have a good inventory of items. I occasionally shop elsewhere due to proximity to my house, but I am often frustrated by their service and inventory, so I plan to shop at the Home Depot more in the future.

Folks at the Normal, IL Home Depot store were knowledgeable and willing to take the time necessary to resolve my problem. I had ordered two Ryobi products on-line from Home Depot (one of them had not been in stock at the local store), but they turned out to be incompatible with each other. Visiting the Normal store, the folks there took all the time necessary to explain to a "civilian" what I needed to know about the tools and options, and assist me in returning the incorrect tool and placing an internet order for the correct tool. Their expertise and patience is much appreciated.

Paint department is excellent and the store is staffed with pretty knowledgeable people
