Greg the sales associate and another woman who works in the pain department were very friendly and helpful. Greg has great humor and is able to engage anybody with his kindness and sincerity to provide assistance. My family and I felt great being in the store and buying our painting supplies to paint our living room and bedrooms.

I Always buy materials from Home Depot and really like it,I work for a Company and we spend almost $50.000 dls every year. I never make complains but today I have a really bad costumer service at the Rental Tools, so please talk to Janine, there was an other costumers waiting at the line and she was so angry and looks like she don’t want to rent the tools.

I WOULD RATE THIS STORE A 5. I LIKE THIS STORE BECAUSE I KNOW WHERE TO GO WHEN I NEED SOMETHING. I BOUGHT A WASHER AND THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY BY THE 6TH DAY. ON THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY, THE TRUCK DRIVER QUESTIONED US IF WE HAD BOUGHT A DRYER. WE SAID "NO". WE BOUGHT A WASHER. THE DELIVERY GUY DROVE OFF SAYS THAT THE DIDNT HAVE OUR WASHER AND DROVE OFF. HE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGISE OR TOLD US WHAT WE HAVE TO DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. SINCE IT WAS SUNDAY, I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, MONDAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WAS THE FIRST TIME. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE TO INVESTIGATE WHAT HAD HAPPENED. I WAS ASKED IF I KEPT THE DRYER THAT I MENTIONED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME. I FELT LIKE I WAS A THEFT THAT WHY WOULD I KEEP SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT BUY AND BESIDES THE DELIVERY GUY NEVER BROUGHT IT DOWN. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THAT IT WILL TAKE 24 HOURS TO 48 HOURS TO INVESTIGE THE MATTER AND WILL GIVE ME A CALL BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM. 2 DAYS LATER I CALL AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING OVER AGAIN. TODAY FEBRUARY 1, I CALLED AGAIN AND I GET THE SAME ANSWER. TO THIS DAY IM GETTING FRUSTRATED ON THE RUN A ROUND. I EVEN WENT TO THE STORE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPED ME CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY GET THE SAME ANSWER. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS TAKING SO LONG TO INVESTIGATE AND NO ONE IS CALLING ME TO TELL ME WHATS GOING ON. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY CAN JUST GIVE US ANOTHER WASHER. I HAVE 5 KIDS THAT NEED TO WASH THEIR LAUNDRY. WE DONT HAVE A LAUNDRY MAT THAT IS NEAR US. AS IS WITH THE PANDEMIC GOING ON ..ITS NOT SAFE TO BE AROUND PEOPLE IN A TIGHT SPACE. I NEED AN ANSWER!!!!! WHERE IS MY WASHING MACHINE!!!!!!

This store is going downhill fast. The shelves are a mess. Never an employee around when you need them.

Manager, Randy was rude and unresponsive in helping to keep the customer satisfied and leave with a good shopping experience. The appliance associate, Melissa, on the other hand was great and did all she could to assist me in my purchase. I was prepared to spend $3-4K on all new kitchen appliances but I will look elsewhere now after that experience.

Kyle helped us understand the line of Traeger products so we decided to buy. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Old school service!

I have found that this store always has items in stock that other Home Depot stores do not. Don't waste your time; shop here first!

Employees here has no concept of customer service.

Employees are rude, they don't take proper safety precautions by wearing a mask properly instead of it just covering their chin or just their mouth. It is usually obvious employees don't want to be there.

We think the freeway noise is horrendous and there's a ton of litter along the fencing.

The store was clean and employees very helpful, however the selection of lamps and patio furniture isn’t the best. A very very small selection to shop from!

customer service was poor, the self checkout registers were not being clean and disinfected after each customer left. I did not have a safe shoping experience at this location. Registers must be clean and disinfected after each customer leaves the register. in addition i did not see any disinfecting or hand sanitizer through out the store. Come visit the Barstow location - you will be surprise.

Called in to check to see if they had the product I needed for my pool. The person on the phone made sure I had the correct product at a really great price. thank you Home Depot.

Bad bad customer service. My home store in Rancho is neat, and they care about their customers. I had to come here for an order pick up and I will never return again! The paint dept has a guy named Austin that works there. He needs some refresher courses to remember how to talk to people. He is rude! Also they say they have something in stock but once you get there they tell you the “on hand” is messed up so the numbers are lying. Never again!

Very poor customer service I asked for service three times in hardware I waited 20 minutes never got any help I then ask for the manager I waiting an additional 5 minutes never got any help I would not recommend this store all I needed was 10 quarter 20 by 3/4 inch stainless steel bolts the hardware shelves are in disarray boxes are empty yet there seems to be inventory on top the nobody gets to

Never able to find anyone to help, when you do it feels like you are inconveniencing them from chat time with their pals or something. Could not get assistance No sanitizing anywhere at the front or throughout th e store Employees seemed nice to each other , they just don’t talk to customers so hard to tell if they are friendly or not.

The specialty desks need improvement. At customer service, Janice was not trained well and didn't know what she was doing. I needed to find someone else on the floor. Yesterday, needed something from prodesk. Arrived at 2pm. Hours are until 2:30pm on Saturday. The person left early. Not cool. We are all busy. This is not a small shop where if it's slow people just close early! It's home depot, shouldn't another person somewhere be able to help?

Friendly staff who knows and where their products are instead of ignoring or looking it up on google!

I like their garden area. Often times they have a good variety and selection of plants.

We shop at this store quite a bit and unfortunately on quite a few occasions we have been disappointed with the inventory and the cashiers. We usually have pretty helpful floor employees but the cashiers are quite unpleasant. We went today to buy a faucet and looked online first, the inventory showed 35 so we assumed they would have it; well when we arrived they said their system does that a lot and the inventory online Or in store isnt reliable.

We went to buy a refrigerator and spent more than an hour without any customer service even after we asked we ended up leaving to buy it somewhere else I called the manager to inform him that I and other customers had left the department after seeking help and not receiving any and his response was not very encouraging at all instead of saying that should not happen he simply gave excuses Which does not surprise me seeing I had to wait on hold for about 15 minutes to speak to him I would not waste my time trying to speak to a manager at the store ever again

Love this store customer service is great the store is very clean

Says they price match anywhere as long as it’s in stock and available to ship. This is a lie. They would not price match an item for me.

Apparently there's no one that can help you in the morning, so arrive after there meetings if you think you'll need any help from anyone.

Even when something goes wrong this team is there to make things right!! Janel in Professional Services is super outstanding and should be promoted. Really appreciate how much the team does to back each other up throughout the store.
