Tyler was fantastic! He went above and beyond to help me pick out soil, gardening supplies and pots for my existing plants. He was very informative and knew his stuff. He even explained the benefits of placing my plants outside every so often so local bees can help to pollinate them. Five. Stars all around he was absolutely wonderful, and kind.

Needed someone to check stock on some 1pcs seat cushions There was only 5 in the box and of course we needed 6 . We were helped by 2 guys that were very professional and friendly in addition to egar to help us they ended up having to get a full carton down from the 3rd shelf Thanks guys! Sorry I didn't think to get thier names .

This is for store 0201 in PORT CHARLOTTE FL Quality of the management gets an F. Especially Marci(Marcia), rude, obnoxious, blatantly unwilling to rectify a 6 months long vendor problem, sending the incorrect product, 4 times, delaying job completion, disrupting a schedule affecting many others! She yelled on the phone "WE ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU ANY LONGER!" and abruptly hung up! When I called to address her if it may have been an accident, SHE DID IT AGAIN! FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF X10000000! Designated phone answering Dept, F none exists Phones ring for 15 minutes to 36 minutes I left it alone to see HOW LONG would it take to answer? I gave up. Many calls are 30-5 hours long with NO RESOLVE, ANSWER,ACCOMPLISHMENT! Delivery today, FFFFFFFFFFF after delivering 2 broken Major Appliances! Run around, inconsistent schedul info, lost me $1200 rearranging my schedule, 2x in one day! 7 phone calls to delivery TODAY last call 15 minute hold dropped. Gotta start all over now after 2.5 hours invested!!!, poor quality connection, non- English speakers, no desire to achieve goals of the caller, delays on hold, ALWAYS PUT ON HOLD, for minor things they should answer quickly, Equipment used to serve customer, F. No professionals in service, F. FEW people in store to assist, F. Great store , even after the hurricanes and people are nearly knocking each other down to get home repair stuff, they kept things stocked and in order.

I’m buying many new things for my new home. Home Depot is a go to store!!

If you want to feel good about the human race shop at this Home Depot, the people working there are super nice. The guy in the paint department couldn’t get any nicer and the people at the pro desk are great.

Overall this store is our go to for home projects.
