The store was very clean and they had all the building materials we needed in stock. The only negative was we couldn't get anyone to help us load our supplies into our vehicle. I asked the cashier twice but no one ever came out. Got tired of waiting and ended up loading it ourselves.

Everyone was super friendly, one of the most exceptional experiences I have ever had shopping at The Home Depot, not only were the cashiers super helpful, nice, as well as the store being extremely taken care of, even the workers out in the lot! Tony B. and Maximus to name a few make a great duo out in the lot with assisting any customer in need, they definitely stood out with their exceptional work ethic, I will definitely be shopping here in the future thanks to the workers

This is a clean well stocked store. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

the man named Doug in the appliance section was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. He helped me right away and was very attentive. He was able to tell me when the item would be delivered. He told me what I needed to do when the product was delivered. He was an exceptionally good employee!

I like the service Home Depot in North Port offers. The paint department is outstanding - Ron really knows his stuff- and we found the employees both friendly and helpful.

Good Luck getting service in their garden center. Kim the cashier is mean, unhelpful, and should not be working with customers. I’d suggest avoiding this area of an otherwise nice store.

EMPLOYEE WILL KENNEDY went above and beyond to help me purchase a grill, helped me to review items, make an exchange and load. He was extremely friendly and professional.

The store is well stocked and usually quite clean and organized. I’m not too excited to speak on their staff. Usually short staffed, can’t find anyone when you need help, or a few who just seem to be there for the paycheck and don’t seem to be happy to be there. I have had some positive experiences with their services outside of the store.

Everyone at this store are awesome since evrytime I go and have a question this guys always got what I need in every step. It don't matter what are you looking for or what project you got going on the know ALWAYS ! The more acknowledge the less time you spend looking around at the store which is great.

The garden center is so very lovely with all the sub tropical plants, blooms, and Seasonal items for Christmas.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Stacy at the Home Depot in North Port. She was helping another customer when I first saw her so I waited until she was done. I was trying to locate some supplies for an electrical project. She spent the next ten minutes helping me locate the items I needed. She was kind and helpful, and she didn't even work in the electrical department! Turns out she was returning from her break, and put two customers first. I asked to see the manager, and when I spoke with the head cashier, found out she was a new hire. What a great employee, and if HD is smart, they will make her a department manager. She was outstanding. Good employees make all the difference in the world, and this employee has made me a HD customer for life. Thank you, Stacy!! You're a rock star!!

This is a great store. Very polite and helpful staff. Store is clean and well organized.

We have been remodeling our house, so have had a lot of trips to buy lots of various items, as well as returning what we didn't need. The employees were great and very helpful during the very strenuous time for us. I have been in there a LOT and the employees are always friendly, of course, they have gotten to know me real well.

Moved from CT and down here homedepot is so totally different in a good way!

Everyone cares and there is an employee named Lori who will make you feel like you are an important and valuable person! She is professional and knowledgeable.

Wonderful service, nice people and good inventory noted. Unlike many stores, the shelves were stocked with plenty of inventory and clearly marked. Usually when you can't find the products it's just as difficult to find someone to help you, but not in this store, The Orange Aprons were all over the store. Everything was in order and it was nice to see a friendly smile on the face of the employees.

All sales associates were very friendly and helpful. Pamela and Judy were great.

Friendly and courteous service from your employees all the time and I shop there frequentlyl A;lso I usually find what I am looking for in stock and if it isn''t the employee offers to check with other stores in my area and if not they will order it.

The store was clean, items easy to find, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Product availability. Robin, cashier at the garden center, was friendly and efficient making the payment process easy and quick each time. Associate, Jeff, is an outstanding asset to your store as he checked for product when call was made to inquire about lava rock availability. Jeff also helped load our rock on flatbed inside the store and outside at the vehicle for our first load. We made two subsequent trips and Jeff had the flatbed ready for us.

The professionalism, knowledge and efficiency at the Garden Center by Cindy and the two gentlemen we worked with was fantastic! The place was clean, associates were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!

PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY.

the store was clean, however the associates were extremely useless. after asking two employees for help, they proceeded to “get another guy”. we were never helped, and after waiting for twenty minutes, we bought a ceiling fan on our own. the ceiling fan worked, but it would’ve been preferable to have had help. while waiting for help, several associates passed us, looked at us, and didn’t help at all. then, when waking to checkout, a large group of employees were talking and laughing while a woman was waiting behind them for help.

Garfield in your paint department was so helpful and even saved me money! He went above and beyond to help!
