Not only today, but many times before I received great customer service. I hate to waste time shopping, so I simply ask where the item is and I'm on my way.

This is one of the best run stores I have shopped in. The Employees are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been helped with several home improvement projects and I'm grateful for the patience and guidance of the staff at this store.

My experience at this store has been excellent. Kimberly Arruda and the whole PRO TEAM work together to be accurate and timely in all phases of my purchases including: pricing and availability, scheduling for pick up or delivery and follow up until the sale is final and received. Coming from stores in Wisconsin I had an expectation of a fairly robust customer service experience. This store is lacking in that area. To be fair to them, it is on par with my general experience of customer service in Nevada. The store is clean and, if you search for assistance, you will be helped. I have had few if any associates acknowledge me if I do not approach them. This is particularly true of the service desk where the employees are quite happy to ignore you. No one in line and they will not say a word; its quite something. When you get help the associates are nice and helpful. Just keep an eye on any contracts to make sure sales and promotions are applied.

Sami was AMAZING!! She was doing a different task when I asked her if you all had propane heaters left. Sami not only told me they had them, she walked me over to them. She helped me get them on a flat bed cart, wheeled them over to the register so I could pay, then waited for me to bring my truck around so she could assist me with loading them on. She helped me load them & tied them down so they were secure. She was very friendly, helpful and smiled the whole time.

Sammy at checkout is amazing and helpful!! The man in the garden center was horrible and refused to provide assistance when Sammy called him regarding a product.

This Home Depot is probably one of the best that I have been to. Reason I give these Home Depot such a high rating is because everybody in the store knew where the Products were located. Most of the other Home Depot that I go to do not know where stuff is and are too lazy to walk you over to the right section

The store was clean, well organized and a pleasure to shop at.

We were very impressed with Roberto. He helped us to our truck with a large load and was so personable and respectful! Not a lot of teenagers now-a-days refer to adults as sir/ma-am and look people in the eyes while talking. Way to go Roberto! What a great young man!

Employees are no help, all the employees are in the front of the store talking amongst them selfs and refuse to assist the customers, I had to wait 20 minutes after asking for assistance for an employee to get up stock as the shelves were empty, Then had to wait another 20 minutes for that employee to find someone else with the tool to remove a lock so that I could purchase a hole saw, when we went to check out the cashier was too busy talking to other employees to even bag our items even after asking multiple times to bag the items. There needs to be a management change ASAP, the staff does not care about stocking shelves, checking inventory, helping customers, anything! Will not return unless it’s the only option!

Micro manage everything you buy from the store. The pros are not pros.

Good store, big, clean and helpful employees

From the moment my Husband and I walked in to Store we were warmly greeted at Sanitizer center. We saw 2 awesome team members-Patti & Kyle who put us in touch with James from Plumbing. James knew his department frontwards & backwards, so we were in terrific hands. We arranged to have our supplies placed at Service Desk, and Alaina was our amazing Cashier. Everyone we encountered were most helpful, and seemed to truly enjoy working at their jobs! Great to see customer service still matters, as demonstrated by our experience shopping at your location- we were referred by our HD Store off Centennial Ctr, as they were out of stock on the commodes we needed to purchase.

The atpre was clean and very organize, the workers were very helpful and knowledge.

Terrible service, we have never had such terrible service at a home depot. Had to call from cell to get service and still had to wait 15 minutes to have two pieces of wood cut by a very rude associate.

Sami was such a helpful person in the gardening section. I was looking for followers to brighten my day and I don’t know how to garden. Sami went above and beyond to help me pick up a pot, flowers, and everything else I needed! Sami showed me how to plant them and keep them alive! She made my day and as I was driving back home I teared up a bit because of her kindness how one small thing meant the world to me! Thank you Sami! ❤️
