Store was clean, parking was well lit and helpful staff. Easy to find what we were looking for and staff was helpful as well as knowledgeable on the products.

Great job keeping the store well stocked, organized and clean. Helpful clerks. We visit there probably weekly and rarely do not find what we came for.

Josè in the plumbing department was the most enjoyable employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with at any home depot. He was not only knowledgeable, but super helpful and kind. I wish more employees had his great vibe!

I have property in Hot Springs and Arkadelphia Arkansas, and I use Home Depot there, and in my last home in Vista, CA. This one is my favorite. I am a bit upset at any business that is open with their political preferences and who they made contributions. These actions always cost the business customers.

Kelly was extremely rude, to have her in customer service is a joke. If she isnt happy with her job she should quit asap! never returning here again.

Store is fully stocked. I was at a Home Depot competitor and their shelves were quite spotty and I could not get what I wanted. Employees are very nice.

Some employees were wearing protective masks but had them pulled down over their noses so only their mouths were covered. I doubt that this is approved Home Depot employee policy, since wearing the masks this way was useless in protecting customers.

From the time I was greeted at the door with a smile, I was offered a sanitized cart and told to have a great day. I was in search of a few odd parts, mainly in Plumbing and once I got to the plumbing dept, I was greeted by a knowledgable man names Jose. He was very accommodating and more than happy to help with locating some parts and also guiding me to other parts outside his department. The store was clean and organized well. Very impressive experience!

this was one of the best experience I had at a Home Depot store. I was assisted by an employee all the way through my shopping,found what I was looking for and more.. I was very happy with the service and attention given the Employee's name was AL

This store is always organized and the employees are very helpful.

Items are all over the aisles hard to maneuver thru, large item carts are scarce, no associate available for assistance, especially for lumber cutting.

Great store and not crowded, but if employees do not know where something is, do not tell customer where it might be or not available due to the season. I found the products on my own that day.

Horrible employees on average. A few are nice decent people who mean, the rest, I don’t know why they have a job. The employees who seem to be completely useless have something in common so I don’t know what’s going on at this location.

I would really suggest shopping at this store. You really will get the help you need right away

Excellent service throughout the store. Customers are greeted upon entering, and the employees are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact that if an employee does not know the answer, he/she directs us to someone who does. Josh in the Flooring Department is especially knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to store managers at this location!

Marisa in the Flooring Department is an excellent employee. She assisted us with our questions about Pergo and went over all the options available. We look forward to working with her if we go ahead with the purchase and installation. She definitely deserves accolades for her service.

I would recommend this store, however my experience this morning was frustrating. I know nothing about electrical and yet when someone called for the person who is supposed to help never showed up after 2 calls.

We love our store... My husband is there almost daily for las vegas paving. Even though Craig is closer. We love the smaller crowds but we do have to go to Craig every so often because of the limited inventory.
