I like Home Depot In Rosedale there is a lot to choose from. Clean and well maintained

My husband and I had a negative experience at Home Depot Rosedale. The cashier, Ramon (RB58OT), was impolite to my husband and remarked that he was wasting his time because I was the cardholder, and my husband was doing the transaction for me while I was waiting in the car with our baby. Although we acknowledge that Home Depot has rules to follow, the cashier's comment was uncalled for, given that he was being paid an hourly rate to assist customers in the store. We have visited other Home Depot stores before but never experienced this rude behavior from a sales person.

I took your survey in good faith. If you only encourage your employees to suggest surveys so that YOU can get a wider call/email/advertising base, then I do not respect you. If you email or phone me other that to tell me I've won your sweeps-stakes, I will dis you and never do your slurvey again. Be Honest and Upfront, your customers deserve that.

Worst Experience with Returning an Item. Customer Service Rep. could use some de escalation / conflict resolution.

Every time I visit my local Home Depot I receive quality service. There is always someone available to assist with my questions and lead me to the product that will work best for my home fixup. I am a 60 yr old woman who needs assistance each time I enter the store and I always end up with the exact item needed to do my repairs. With no knowledge of how to do my repairs I rely on the Home Depot staff to instruct me on how to do my repairs. Thank you for all you do to make my life a bit easier.

Went in looking for a dish washer, immediately got assisted by a very wonderful older gentleman who made my experience quick and hassle free. Pleased with my purchase and customer service during this visit.

Recently I bought a new refrigerator. From the moment I called the store to ask the Sales Associate information about it - until 15 minutes later when I showed up to the store - and throughout the buying process - the Sales Associate answered all my questions and without my asking - went "over and beyond" to see I got the color I wanted - when another place told me "it was no longer available."

Too often good service is taken for granted or not recognized. I was assisted by Cassandra at the Rosedale location in Bakersfield and her service was great! The item I was looking for was not on the shelve but she used the scan gun to determine there was more on the shelve up high. She found my item and I was able to complete my project because of her efforts. Good service still exist!

I just want to thank Cynthia for her assistance. She made a genuine effort to help when I was met by others with blank stares, but ultimately had to page a department associate. Quality and value rating below is directly related to Cynthia.

This store is my to go store, every time I go associates are not helpful but Arturo was the best associate in there!

If you are able to navigate yourself through the store on your own and go through self checkout, then yes I would recommend HD. If you have any questions, good luck finding an associate. I have had so many issues with the front end associates here! They are rude and not at all helpful. I have been shopping around the store and over heard employees gripe and complain about how they wished their shift was over right after a customer approached them for help. The same employee stood in an aisle chatting with another employee, not using appropriate language nor an appropriate conversation.
