I found the product I was looking for immediately when I arrived. I was able to get assistance the minute I walked into the store. The store was very clean. The 2 associates were very helpful, friendly and kind. These 2 associates made my shopping easy and fast but safe.

I love going into this store and being able to find what I need for a project or something for my house. I always get help from an employee if I can’t a particular item or I get my questions answered if I need help with a project.

DOING A TON OF HOME IMPROVMENTS RIGHT NOW, WE ARE IN THE NORTH WEST STORE ALMOST DAILY AND WE'RE GETTING TO KNOW THE ASSOCIATES BY NAME. THEY ARE ALWAYS HELPFULL FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO OFFER SUGGESTIONS. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED.

Blake in the lumber department is the man!!! He is an exceptional employee!!!!

Store is always clean. Had to find associate to help me, a little disconcerting. Item did not come in to store for pickup when I was told it would! I cannot say whether this is a regular occurrence or not, as I had never ordered anything for delivery in store previously...

When I go to The Home Depot store I am always in and out, they have everything I wanted stock for me to just pick up and go.

The manager Ryan, the person cutting wood Blake, and the woman at the pro-desk Dwan were exceptional and are a reminder of what customer service is!

Overall this store is a good one. Sometimes I can not get anyone to help me find things especially early in the morning when they are having meetings or something. I like to go early like, 6:30. I would like to brag about cashier Kelly. She is always cheerful and helpful and I like to visit with her when I check out. She makes the whole experience better.

I recently returned a Ridgid drill motor to the store to have it repaired under the Ridgid lifetime warranty. After sending the unit off for repair I heard nothing from Ridgid. I returned to he Home Depot and Nessa, an employee at the customer service desk called to check on the item and was told the item was not going to be repaired but replaced. I waited another few weeks and still nothing. Nessa called them back and they were changed there mind and were going to repair the tool but had not ordered the parts yet. Nessa continued to work with them and they finally agreed to send new one. Nessa did an outstanding job of resolving this matter for me. She could have handed the whole mess over to me and let me pursue it but she was willing to go the extra mile and help a customer resolve a problem. Nessa is an outstanding young lady and a credit to Home Depot.
