The staff at the Pro Desk are the best!

I was helped to find what I wanted by 3 employees

There is a huge supply of inventory ---The prices are fair--There are lots of associates to help you out--The people in check out are always so friendly and fast and accurate--It all makes life a bit easier when your working on a project---Well worth the trip--

This store is always clean, customer service is AMAZING!!!

This will be the last time we ever shop at the Oak Ridge store. We typically shop at the Callahan store but we’re closer to Oak Ridge today. Firstly I had to hunt someone down to help us write up our order for our appliances. They called someone to come help us but apparently that person had already gone home. We waited an hour for him to write up our order and then said something with the system messed up. A second employee then came to write up our order. I asked if they had a police discount and he said yes. We went to the customer service desk to check out and I asked for the police discount. The cashier said she didn’t do that. She asked who we spoke to so I described the salesperson who wrote our order up. She then called the manager and the manager was extremely rude and made us feel awful for asking for the police discount.

HOME DEPOT CARRIES A HUGE INVENTORY OF PRODUCT THAT I NEED WITH SOME VERY GOOD OPTIONS FOR MY PROJECTS---IF I HAVE A PROBLEM , THERE IS ALWAYS AN ASSOCIATE AROUND GLAD TO HELP ME--CHECKING OUT IS ALWAYS EASY AND ACCURATE--GETTING WHAT I NEED IS EASIER AT FAIR PRICING--

We got everything we needed at a fair price---We did need help to find the great stuff window and door 16 oz which one of the associates showed us quickly--Helen the cashier checked us out fast and accurate---It was a very good visit

Ordered a sliding door April 15, 2020. Door install scheduled for 5/26/20. Door arrived with the installer and had a large hole in the door frame. We sent the door back with the installer. No word from Home Depot for 5 weeks. I called to check the status on 7/3/20. No one could tell me the status, so I asked for a manager. She told me that the person that does the install scheduling is on vacation and no one could schedule the install at this time. So she calls me back later that day and the door install is scheduled for 7/11/20. Door arrives with the installer again and is more damaged than the first time. The door was not replaced only repaired at the store. So it took 5 weeks to replace one side of the door frame? So we sent it back again with the installer. Monday 7/13/20 I call back to talk with the Manager again and she only gave me an option of ordering a new door that will take 8 weeks or refunding my money. She only kept saying "what do you want me to do". We really like this door and would love to have it installed in our home but now we have to start our search for a door over again and I assure you it will not be at Home Depot!

Like all Home Depots the Oak Ridge Store is great.

This store has the best staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Store was clean, everyone was in masks and super helpful! I was able to find a product I couldn’t find anywhere else....the shelf was empty, I asked an associate if they would be getting more and she didn’t hesitate to look around and found 2 cases on the very top shelf. She didn’t hesitate to bring down both of them down and give me my two jugs I wanted. Thank you so much! I wish I had gotten her name so I could mention her by name. I have always had great experiences dealing with this store!

Wayne went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. You didn't have the product that I drove over an hour to purchase, but Wayne spent time finding it in your system & ordering it. A day later he called me to say it wouldn't be in for 3 months & did I still want it? I will wait for it if I must. He then asked would I be willing to take another product equal or better than the product I paid for? Yes, I would. He said he'd call if he could find such a product. In a couple of days he called & said to come & pick it up. GREAT SERVICE!!! WAY TO GO WAYNE!!!!!

Not one employee wearing a face mask not even the lady sitting outside keeping track of customers going in and when I needed help with something the 3 employees that tried to help 1st didn't really help at all 2st didn't even try to stay 6 feet away so I ended up finding what I needed on my own . With the corona virus out and with all the CDC guide lines I felt not one employee cared about any of it's customers safety period.

Ashwin is always friendly and helpful. I have to say, I really don't understand the pro desk being closed. Carl and his group are the most knowledgeable employees you have at the Oak Ridge store, and instead of helping customers at the pro desk, you have them counting people, which makes no sense. Please open up the pro desk and let them do their jobs.

Ashwin is a great cashier. He is always friendly. I do miss being able to check out at the Pro Desk. Carl, Robyn, Helen, Kimberly, Roger, and JP are all great at what they do. They are always helpful, and are knowledgeable.

Incompetence and indifference are key to a successful career at home depot

This store no little regard for the heath and safety of customers and employees during the recent pandemic. None of the employees were practicing the most basic safety precautions of safe distancing (all ignored 6 feet distancing) and only one was wearing a mask. The overall concept of the store was that the customers were more aware then the staff who seem completely unconcerned.

Comply with common-sense guidelines intended to keep my family healthy. Employees who do not wear masks should be fired, and management who tolerate or support such irresponsible behavior should be prosecuted for criminal negligence, if not terrorism. I did not see a SINGLE employee wearing a mask in compliance with guidance from our health care heroes, not to mention local, state, and federal government leaders. Everyone now knows this is necessary to protect your customers and their families, as well as your employees and the heroes on the front lines trying to care for our health. I have no intention of returning any time soon, if ever.

I GET HELP AND SERVICE MANY TIMES WITHOUT ASKING FOR IT TO SAVE ME TIME TO GET OUT QUICKER . FOR EXAMPLE--THEY HAVE IT SET WHERE YOU CAN ONLY ENTER 1 DOOR --AS I GOT DONE OUTDOORS PICKING MY PRODUCTS, I WALKED PAST THE OUT ONLY DOOR FOR THE GARDEN CENTER . AS I PASSED THE YOUNG MAN STANDING THERE MADE ME AWARE THAT THINGS HAVE CHANGED AND I WAS ALLOWED TO WALK IN THERE ANOTHER 10 FEET AND CHECK OUT AND BE ON MY WAY . THAT SAVED ME WALKING ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE ONE OPEN DOOR TO CHECK OUT . I GOT EVERYTHING I NEEDED FAST AT A VERY FAIR PRICE .

I needed some prebuilt fencing---The fencing I needed was under a large pile of stacked different fencing--2 young men moved that whole pile of fencing off the fencing I needed--I only needed 1--that was a lot of work to get me what I needed---Great job guys---I waited in line at checkout for a person with many pieces of product--A very nice young lady called me over and got me out of there fast--I wish I would have gotten the names of all these people helping me get done and get out of there---Thanks to you all

This store is fully stocked with lots of help and is operating in a safe mode against the virus . I got what I needed fast at a fair price with fast checkout and the feeling of a safe visit .
