Very clean and organized store, always have what I'm looking for and usually multiple options to choose from. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Love this store!

I needed many items for several different projects I am working on at home . I found every item I needed at very fair prices . Here is what makes it great . While shopping for the products I needed , I came across many other products that were fun to go through . Flowers , home daily needs , new products etc . It makes shopping at Home Depot more fun then work . I really enjoy walking through the store and seeing all the many things they carry . Just taking a walk through Home Depot and looking at all there products is time well spent .

Staff was very un helpful seemed as if they were there to just collect a pay check. This is not indicitive of other Home Depot's I have been to.

The store is definitely clean and organized. The only thing I would change is the way people treat you there. It's very hard to find someone to help. There is usually someone to greet you, but they cannot leave their post and can only point. I remember when this store first opened and there were employees everywhere buzzing around asking if I needed assistance. NOT SO NOW! I remember I worked there for a short time and was taught to be proactive and ask customers what their project was. Since that opening day, never been asked that. Sad. Would be nice to see a change.

Knowledgeable attendants in the aisles who were very helpful.

The store is always well stocked and clean.

The main reason I go to this store is not because it is close to my home. The main reason is the help provided by the employees. They take the time to help me resolve my problems and they take time to LISTEN. That is a very important attribute...LISTENING.

The person who helped me in the pegboard dept. went over and beyond his duty. So very helpful. Wish I had got his name.

As usual with most Home Depot stores, they do not have adequate staff to assist customers that are having trouble finding items. Thus leaving the customers to wander around like a lost puppy, trying to find his way.

Mostly great people, but do not have anything to do with Claire at customer service. She is incredibly rude and incompetent.

I do most of my tool and home repair shopping at Home Depot. The experience each time all comes down to the employees. Some are great, some aren't. I had a bad experience last night when buying a Christmas tree. It was late and dark but my whole family went to pick a tree. Found one that looked ok. Bought it at $98 and threw it on my truck. As soon as we got home I could see it was split completely open around 3/4s of an inch from trunk to top. Turned right around and took it back. The young girl in the garden center was apologetic and said to take the tag for a return. The lady at returns acted like I was the mastermind of the great Christmas tree caper. Today, on the other hand, I went to get some carpet and a nice dude named Oscar was helpful. Such is life. Oh, and they need to open more registers!

Carl and the employees at the Pro Desk are the best! No matter how busy they are, they are always friendly, and keep their sense of humor. It is a joy to work with them.

The employees at this store are all great. The crew at the Pro Desk are the best! It is always a pleasure to deal with Carl, Helen, Kimberly, Robyn, Roger, JP, and the rest.

Its hard to find an associate for help in this store. Not enough associates properly trained in customer service. Sunday afternoon and had 1 register open. This is not my first time with same problem in this store. Back in November of last year, could not get waited on in the appliance section. Finally just left store and came home and ordered my refrigerator online. Today had to order 20 bundles of shingles that were not in stock in the store, now have to wait 5 days to get the shingles.

Helpful and friendly staff made my home improvement project much less stressful! Home Depot has competitive prices and an excellent selection. If you can't find what you need in the store, the staff helps you find your item online and gives advice about which products will work best for your project.

It was fully stocked for our needs and the staff was amazing!

The employees at the Oak Ridge Home Depot are always so friendly and helpful. Miss Kayla is always sweet and efficient, and always gives my dog attention.

Always have been treated with kindness and respect every time I have went to buy from this store. The team members are awesome. The store itself is always clean and have a great selection to choose from.

I love the Oak Ridge, TN Home Depot store. The employees throughout the store are friendly, and knowledgeable. My cashier, Ashwin, is always friendly, whether I'm in his checkout line, or pass him in the parking lot.

When I go to Home Depot, I use this store in Oak Ridge( closer to work). Even though I pass near the lenoir city Home Depot on my way home from work. The Oak Ridge store is more accessible and less traffic.
