This Home Depot Store in Ocala, Florida, we love to visit this store fun to shop, the employees are courteous, professional, and service us with a smile all the time.

I was looking for new kitchen cabinet handles and found exactly what I wanted in Home Depot!

Bought a riding mower, told it was new. Mower would not cut, checked it out, had no cutter blades. Going back to store.

We purchased a fridge after a few trips looking at the different options. The staff was knowledgeable, not pushy, thorough, friendly..... I couldn't have asked for an easier or better experience.

I was adding a pantry to my laundry room and placed 6 or 7 online orders for materials. All orders arrived at my doorstep quickly. I was thrilled with the free delivery as I am not able to get around the store very well. I ended up with several items to return due to the wrong size, color mismatch, damage, etc. I went to Customer Service with my returns (an employee in the parking lot helped me get the shelves and other items to the store when he saw me struggling on my own). I had 5 different online order receipts. The order numbers on my receipts did not match the items purchased in their computer but Tammy and Aida got it all figured out somehow, all the while staying friendly and patient. I am very pleased with this experience! Hopefully, I'm done with the pantry but I will definitely go to Home Depot if I come up with any other projects.

Purchased fan and using electrician recommended by Home Depot.

I went shopping for plants and there was a large variety at reasonable prices.

Have been shopping at home Depot for many years and no matter what location I go to the employees have always been helpful I really appreciate home Depot for all that they do!!!

greeted at door, young lady in appliances greeted me in about 2 minutes after finishing with her customer. helped me find a washing machine then together we loaded it on a flat cart and i went to check out. took 30 minutes total for whole visit. everyone was on point and so nice.

Staff are very friendly and helpful explaining products. They provided helpful tips on how to care for the product I purchased to prevent any damage to the motor. Thank you!

I visited the store on Good Friday. Tempers were flailing, Many customers in bad moods, screaming at other customers and employees. The employees of Home Depot rose above it and handled them with patience and smiles!!! Just wow. Cheers to the crew who worked Friday afternoon

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They always have a great supply of everything. Only thing I would love to see improved is the access to the store. It needs more than one way to get onto the property. Traffic is always backed up at the intersection

The items were not in stock, so I choose an alternate.

If you are in need of flooring go and look for JR, he is very knowledgeable and will take the time to help you thru it all

There are multiple HD staff but not always contactable because they are assigned with specific task If so like inventory check or.something else, it would be advisable if those special.assigned staff do were a a different outfit, eg GREEN or RED colored.jacket

All items that I need is there, I love more to go to Home Depot than to the supermarket.

Employees at this store have awesome customer service. Many stopped what they were doing and were available to help out and actually showed me where items were in store.

Bottom Line...Items usually IN STOCK and prices better than competition.

The staff was nice and super helpful. This location is very well organized so you find items.

Went to purchase some painting supplies. A new cashier rung us up and my husband showed her his military ID on his driver license before the transaction began. She looked up my card and I specifically asked her if the military discounted was deducted but after it was processed come to find out it was not. We were sent to customer service. So long story short they attempted to fix it by voiding the transaction which was put on my Home Depot Credit card. And were unable to resolve the issue. I was offered a $30 credit which we rejected. So my card was recharged for the full amount and of course it declined because the void was not properly processed. I was livid. So after requesting the Asst manager of the store who was no help. I was told I would have to provide another form of payment and still no discount. All if this was the store's error. And no one seemed to be compassionate in trying to resolve this. Not to mention the almost 2 hours I in spent in this store.
