Wonderful to have this store in this area

Staff accused my daughter and myself of stealing when we were looking at stuff while my wife bought our daughter a Christmas gift and also followed out the door

Very disappointed in the customer service, the cashiers were rude, took phone calls during our checkout and made us wait. Even the manager was rude in his explanation of why we could not get the military discount. It took 25 min to check out. If there was another tub supplier in the area, we would have walked out!!

HOME DEPOT HAS JUST ABOUT EVERY THING NEEDED FOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS. I LIKE TO BUY LOCAL KEEP OUT HOME DEPOT HERE.

They way Jaedan , Andy from plumbing and Jim B went out of there way to help me with my problem. Is a prime example of a great employee that makes the company great. Extremely helpful and friendly employees. You need more like these 3.

WENT TO HD TO PURCHASE A REFRIGERATOR. THE EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED US WAS FANTASTIC! HONEST, TRUTHFUL, FRIENDLY AND VERY RESPECTFUL!

Paint counter man was rude and not helpful at all

Very lazy customer service employees will tell you where their products are they will not take you and show you somebody needs to have a talk with these employees we are customers coming in trying to spend money they make it very difficult for you to spend money they almost asked you to go to another store of those is around the corner I've been trying to deal with this home Depot I'm going to give him another chance to see what's going on I have an appointment today for countertops and ceramic tile floor we'll see how that goes

Very rude and did respectful of others

Was made to wait for over 15 minutes just to be told that they wouldn't pull out a damaged 4x8 sheet of paneling or let me pull it out. THIS LOCATION GETS WORSE EVEN TIME I GO THERE.

Store was clean and the employees were friendly. We were greeted and helped right away. We knew what we wanted when we went in so asked our questions, got answers and placed the order. Joseph was very helpful.

Stanley is very helpful employee. Great guy to help with your project and very Knowledgeable.

Poor customer service and refused to please the customer

I would not try buying an appliance from this store (or Home Depot in general). The entire process was screwed up with no attempt to make us any happier about it.

Always have what I am looking for . Ease of returning items. Good quality of products.

I have never shopped for inside plants at Home Depot before. Was pleasantly surprised at the variety & condition of the plants. Very nice.

The employees at this store are always helpful. If they don't have what I need they go to great lengths to find it or something that will work. So nice.

Not friendly at all hard to get help act like it’s a big chore When you find somebody better off to go to Meadville Home Depot employees are more friendly and more happy to help you

This home depot was stocked and safety was in place. The store associates were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this home depot. I didn't need assistance, but the associates were more than willing to help. Everyone greeted me as if I were a friend. The store was clean and neat in appearance. I found my items that I needed easily and fast.

Amanda, Stacy N. and Ashlei in customer service are awesome with their knowledge and know how of getting items returns and credits placed back on the card used.

I have been in numerous home depots and this store is the only I ever seem to have issues with. Staff do not seem well trained here and pretty lazy in my opinion. One time at check out my credit card was not working I thought it was weird and suggested it was their machine not my card and asked if it could be run manually or we try a different register. I was told no and I paid with cash, 5 minutes later I used the same card at sheetz for gas, there was nothing wrong with it. Another time at check out some items were not ringing up at the sales price I asked the rep if the price was right as I thought they were on sale. I was told no I misunderstood. I later found out the items were indeed on sale. That is twice the people at the register were just poorly trained and lazy to help.
