Hate the new design that was set up for checking out, try pushing 200 pounds of tile over the carpet and through the maze to check out. Watch and you will see that a lot of people use the exit as a inter to check out , then there has been carts of returns blocking the way out but the next day it was cleared.This is NOT shopper friendly I hope you look at this and realize it’s a dumb setup

ALWAYS, ALWAYS Helpful at Home Depot ALWAYS !!! And if you ask for help from someone that doesn't have the answer they will always find the right person to give you the BEST answer !!! Don't get me wrong , Every person doesn't know everything but collectively THEY will get you the answer !!! Make AMERICA GREAT AGAIN , Shop Home Depot !!!

The have changed to almost all self checkouts. Do you know how hard it is to use a self checkout when buying quantities of lumber. If I have to do the checkout myself shouldn't I get an employee discount for working at the store? The next time I go to home depot if I have to use a self checkout I am going to leave everything setting on the cart at the checkout and go somewhere else! Also, my wife was looking at grills in a different part of the store while I was looking for screws for composite decking. Neither of us had a single person ask if they could help us find anything the entire time we were there.

Store was clean and all employee's that I have ever dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Very helpful employees if they didn't know the answer they would refer you to someone that did.

Need ore help at Paint Dept. This is a big store need a restroom in the middle or on both sides.

It seems everyone has a Home Depot story---how employees can't help the customers and always have an attitude.

One suggestion that would accommodate customers better would include check out at both doors.

I like shopping there, they are very helpful and insightful if you have any questions.

Shaunasi is by far the best Home Depot employee I've ever had to deal with. She went above and beyond after I had a bad experience in the paint dept. My husband and I were very satisfied when we left with her customer service and knowledge of the products we needed.

I love shopping at this store, I always find what I am looking for and I like browsing the store too for ideas when I'm planning a project. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It all makes for a fun shopping experience!

Bought a grill on sale, floor model; some parts missing but got them ordered. Be sure to inspect floor models to see if its 'all there'.

Too many self checkouts and not enough people working the store. The lines at checkout got long very quickly with only 2 cashiers. Will not be going back!!!

I love our local Home Depot store. their garden center is beautiful and the staff is very helpful.

Store is clean and orderly like all the Home Depot's I shope at. But the employees need a big customer service training. Greet the customer with a smile, ask if they need any help. Have a kind attitude life is short why be mad or unhappy.

I have only gone to this store a handful of times but let me tell you, hands down the BEST customer service around! The help they offer upon walking in, the questions they answer and honestly it’s the ones on the floor that walk around and assist you that got my attention... they were so helpful well trained and they knew what they were talking about! Great job!

Had my first bad experience at Home Depot. Since finding out it was a computer glitch I still give it a high rating. Always treated well and like the assistance.

I was looking at paint and Shaunasi was very knowledge and helpful in me making my decision. I am buying a house at end of month and she also advised me that there will be a big sale on paint at the end of the month too. I would like to say normally when I go in that store, I GET NO HELP unless I go looking and then have to ask, this is the first I have needed paint and I was very much surprised.

Store and employees are great. Parking lot needs re-paved. Large, deep potholes.

store is fine parking lot is terrible please fix it your store is always busy you have all self check outs so u aint paying a lot of cashiers sure you can come up with the money to fill the craters in your parking lot for goodness sake

All employees are kind, just not enough of them. I'm handicap I can't stand for that long and I always have to wait to check out because of not enough cashiers or the self check out person is helping someone else. Please hire more people if I have to wait more that ten minutes I'm leaving my cart of stuff and going else were..

Steve was a great help in sorting through the 2 by 4's so I would get quality boards to do my project.

Cashier Krystal does not know the difference between 8 and 10 feet charged me for 3 10 foot boards whe I only had two

Your push to have everyone use self checkout by having only one lane for cashiered checkout and that lane being closed is unacceptable.
