Excellent knowledge and service. All staff very friendly

Associates were helpful when I was trying to find an item. I went to the store for planters, they have a cute selection of planters and plants.

Most friendly staff of any Home Depot I've ever shopped in.

Lumber is poorly organized and difficult to tell what it is. Lumber of various lengths are thrown in areas marked at certain lengths. The associates didn’t have a tape measure and were more interested in talking to each other than helping me. I’m going to Lowe’s.

No people to check you out!! Only self checkouts working when I was in there, and a line for those!!!

First up is a cashier named Juanita. She was great! Friendly, helpful- the kind of gal you'd wish were present throughout the store. Unfortunately there was only one Juanita. The rest of the trip was troubling. I went looking for items which the website stated may be in stock, and a couple items which supposedly were in stock for my fireplace. I was unable to find any place designated for fireplace accessories, though I found some items by the grills. I couldn't find any of the items I came looking for. I ended up purchasing an alternative, which Juanita endorsed as a good choice. Home Depot has truly become a "find-it-yourself-while-you-do-it-yourself" kind of place. Employees are either busy with a customer or walking with their head down looking at the floor- not looking for someone with a need. I'm sure part of it is profit-driven. Fewer associates = less expense. The rest lies directly on the store manager and his/ her ability to train the associates to be helpful. It wears thin, and I don't shop this store unless I have to because it's a particular problem at this store. Though to be fair this is a corporate-wide problem. Shawnee is nearly as bad, but there are fewer customers there, so the scaled back staffing isn't as much of a problem.

Great store, and staff helped me find what I needed, and then helped me at checkout when I had some issues. Great place and it seems like I go there regularly.

We stopped in to look for carpeting for 2 bedrooms. Tatiana was the person to help us. She was very helpful, she took her time helping us and in explaining the different carpets and warranties. After our measurement, she followed up with a phone call with the information and helped us complete our purchase. She was like our own personal sales person! So nice and helpful! I would look for her again with any of my flooring needs. Now we hope the install and the new carpet are as impressive as the in-store experience we had!

The store was very busy, but had plenty of help. They answered my questions. They seemed to be well trained. I don’t get up to that store very often, but when I do I away leave with what needed. Very clean store. The worker I ask for help locating the item I was looking for was very friendly and helpful. A very well run Home Depot.

The staff at this Home Depot are the friendliest from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is welcoming and smiling even with their masks! They truly desire to assist and help each customer have the best shopping experience possible.

We all know 2020 has kind of been a bite in the shorts so I’m taking a minute to share a small thing that was pretty huge to me last night. So, here’s my shout out to The Home Depot. My daughter and I had a long evening trying to match a can of paint. After a visit to 2 of other places, we ended up there at nearly 8 pm....with our almost empty can of paint (and yup the color formula was hidden under said paint color). The 2 men in the paint department literally said “we WILL match this”. Not, oh sorry, we don’t carry that brand, or color.....just a can-do, we’ll help you attitude. Not only did they match it, they let my 9YO do the mixing. They explained the process, answered all her questions, let her put the formula in, push the buttons, shake it up, dry it....the whole thing. It may not seem like much, but they took the time. They didn’t have to, but they did. She was sooooo excited that she mixed my paint. It’s these little things that make me remember there is good around us. Even in a “big box” retailer where you may not expect it. Kudos The Home Depot. Nailed it!

I HAD SOME EXCELLENT HELP ON TWO OCCASIONS. SALES ASSOCIATES STAYED TO HELP ME GET WHAT I NEEDED AND GET IT TO MY CAR. BOTH TIMES THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED, HELP ME GET IT TO MY CAR AND LOAD IT. STORE SEEMED CLEANER AND THERE WERE MORE EMPLOYEES AND THEY SEEMED GLAD TO HELP.

How can Home Depot sell so many Christmas lights and not have any outside hangers? Arggh!

The store is always well stocked and decently clean, even with the virus going on. Specifically an employee named Jacelyn helped us find our perfect Christmas tree and she was so kind and hospitable. She was amazing and very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. Definitely coming back for her help to buy our new smoker! She was amazing and helped put us in the Christmas spirit! Thank you Jacelyn!

I had the worst experience at this store. I needed help getting MDF cut for a project (I was well aware of the extra cost and was totally fine with it). The young man that was called to help me was BEYOND irritated to help and told me the cost and “was I sure I could pay that?” Two other employees (another younger man and an older gentleman) came to speak to him in which he would look over at me and glare or say to them “I told her it would cost extra” I just kept loading my pieces as he cut them feeling more and more uncomfortable. They both continue to walk by 2-3 times each making eye contact with me but saying nothing. The other young man actually glared and shook his head at me. Once he was done cutting them he wrote my price down and walked to the cashier (who thank goodness was very kind)...I was left at the cutting area to push two carts, one full of other items and the other cart full of 54 pieces of 8’ MDF. I didn’t need his help pushing but it was crystal clear he wasn’t and had no desire to help me from the beginning. As a woman I should be able to go to a home improvement store and not feel less than or have its employees annoyed when asked to help. The young man was more than willing to go help another customer (a man) with 182 pieces of lumber for a fence, but cutting my MDF was too much for him to handle.

We purchased a hot water heater with installation. The installation company broke a faucet in the process and refused to repair it. Customer Service has only been willing to ask the installation company to contact us. The installation company is only willing to repair the faucet that they broke if we pay them. The situation has yet to be rectified.

Great store. Great location. Great employees!

Its Halloween and I received something better than candy. From start to finish I received excellent customer service in every department. Really appreciate the employees!!

Cleanest, most HELPFUL staff of all the Home Improvement stores that I have been in. When I shop here I know I will find what I need or looking for, if not the staff there is more than happy to assist. This store is always clean, well stocked, and has some of the friendlist staff I have had the pleasure of meeting. I shop here weekly, and they go out of their way to help me when I need it or ask for it.

Derek Hall and Gibran Castillo exceded any customer service I've ever experienced. They took the time to help me find every item I needed when the store was about to close. They loaded all the heavy items in my car and were extremely professional! Thank you for your kindness, store knowledge and efficiency! Great to get help without even asking!
