Lady in the paint department, man she has a bad attitude. She don't won't to be bothered. I guess she doesn't understand her job title, CUSTOMER SERVICE!

No place is perfect, but the home Depot on a 119th and strangline road in Olathe Kansas is pretty close. I drive past another home Depot just to get to this one. I know that it is clean and it is neat. The people there (like "TOM" in plumbing) are not only very skilled and knowledgeable but are also very kind and patient with people like me. Thanks again Tom, now I have the know-how and the confidence to complete our remodel.

There was a friendly cashier by the name of Zee who helped me keep everything organized.

Store was clean and neat. There were items that were not available due to the delivery issue caused by Covid19, but everyone was very helpful in finding substitutes.

From the start to finish everyone in the store was very helpful and very compatible. I was very impressed with how quick I was able to get in and out the store. I will be recommending this with other people and I will continue going here.

Great store great people

Made an elderly person with a mask on stand in line with tons of people who have no masks and wait for a long time with those people because you do not want to many people in the store to stand with makes no sense and I asked the lady at the garden door if I could just get two bags of surf and turf she could’ve sent someone to get it for me because it was basically right inside the door and I could’ve paid the cashier right there by the door.

Joel went above and beyond with helping us pick our washer and dryer, he made our experience very easy and he answer every question we had. Joel has great customer service..

From the floor employees to the management team, we had an amazing experience! Employee Branson was very polite and helpful, when he couldn't answer all of our questions he reached out to manager Jeffery. Jeffery was a STAR, with the best team of workers. They were able to get the mower running for us, and all parts we would need to be comfortable with our big purchase. While Jeffery and the crew loaded up the mower with my husband, Assitant Manager Joshua and Cashier Juanita helped me pay. The store was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The employees at this location make it worth the drive from Linwood KS, even though there are a couple locations closer to home.

Home Depot has a reputation of helping folks in the military and American Legion Posts. The things that are available seem to be high quality. I especially like when seasonal specials are advertised. The workforce has always been available to give me assistance and willing to help. I just like going to Home Depot, besides the fact they are close.

This is my favorite store. Everyone is very helpful when I need it. I always find the items I need. Th Store is very clean. I like wondering around in Home Depot just looking and designing in my head what I would like to have in my home. My husband gets frustrated when he is with me, because he shops in the way of... I know what I need, get in then out. LOL

Staff was really friendly and helpful. If they don't know the answer, then they will find a person in the store who does.

Employees were extremely friendly. Two ladies who stood out to me were Sireena and Aubrie. Even after my issues they still managed to help me with a smile. Kudos to you girls. I will be shopping here more frequently.

This store is one of my favorite Home Depots, and I have been to many in my 76 years -- at least from when I was 26 on! Everything you need from hobbie work to building, plumbing, electrical work...I've done it all! Associates will TAKE you to what you can't find and even help you find the right piece from all the ones you have to choose from! Sometimes they will tell you which one is better or less cost. The paint people are the best, really, and the people at the help desks. I have bought windows, doors, faucets, lighting, bulbs, fans, lumber -- and the guys that cut it for you to all the specs you ask, are really great as well! Hey, it would take more time thatn I have to recall all the items I have bought at Home Depot. Let's just say this is MY place, not ACE.

Actually had associates avoid speaking to us, to ask if we needed assistance, or even speak to us. We came in to make a major purchase, left without anything.

The store was very neat and clean! The store employees throughout are very helpful all the way from Lumber to the return desk. The service desk and the self check out counter people are very helpful and courteous

The store is always clean and They have Quality sales people. If a person doesn't LOOK pleasant then I don't really don't have faith in what he tells me.

The floor service here is excellent. They even made sure they would match price an appliance on sale at Target.
