No acknowledgement from employees as you enter the store or while shopping. Could really use a full size store with more stock.

Was looking to change our bathtub to an alcove shower. The salesman in the Plumbing Dept. made the shopping experience pleasant instead of stressful. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we would need. No pressure... just helpful information.

Everyone in this store is fantastic especially Dawn Q and Jen at the service counter. Always make sure we get what we need. Every person who helps us in this store does above and beyond to help you get your project done.

I enjoyed the sales person who assisted my wife and me on the purchase of a dryer. Very nice to do business with.

As the spring comes upon us watch out for the deep crevices and holes in the parking lot. As we know in Oneonta this lot is better than some of our roads and you can get around better I. The lot but just be carful.

Great store. David was an awesome help.

One of the gentleman st the front was rude, we asked our cashier lady if they priced matched with the online store and he was adamant that they do not. And just kept repeating NO, and would not let us finish our sentences. He kept telling the cashiers name to get her to stop looking for us. Very rude and makes us just want to order online so we wouldnt have to deal with him again. Did get a name had no name tag.
