I had to get some shades cut, and Mike was excellent. Friendly and efficient. There was a price dispute,...it rang up about $15.00 higher on the register. Cindy was in charge of self-checkout. She ushered me through the process, and Mike had to confirm the situation. Again, both were friendly, efficient, and professional. I also noticed how Cindy interacted with other customers and their kids. She was a true pro,....engaged, and friendly with everyone.

The Orange, CT Home Depot is consistently one of the better Home Depots in the area by far. Cleanliness, orderliness, courtesy, customer service, and satisfaction have been the standard for years. It is a model store. I've been going there ever since it was built! Although I use other brand store when I cannot find the item I want, I always go to the Orange Home Depot first. Keep up the good work!

Home depot has what I need, when I need it. The employees are always helpful . On line ordering and in store pickup is a breeze.

This Home Depot location is one of my favorites, they’re always well stocked and the workers are very helpful and friendly. Lenny at checkout is always willing to answer my questions.

Cindy was right there to help me check. Out, we don’t like the self check out we are over 80 and not liking. It at all. But Cindy was so friendly and helpful made. It very easy.

I had an amazing shopping experience, this home Depot is much better than the Derby one I thought store everybody seems miserable like they hate their job at the orange one the store is clean and it's more organized the parking lot is definitely more organized and employees seem to love their job

The manger Melanie helped me find a tool I could not find and she wouldn’t give up until we found it extremely rare customer service.

I go to a different home depots daily and the one in Orange is getting ridiculous. They have 10 self checkout locations and every single time I go there I get told by an employee to please wait sir I'll be right with you and they have to scan your items. Why is it even called the self checkout when I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for an employee to scan my stuff when I could do it myself? I don't have time in my busy day to wait for them.

When i come to this store in the lumber department the staff members are mostly there to help you

I work closely with Stella at the pro desk. She is the main reason I am a Home Depot customer. The pro desk services have changed the way I shop for a job. They are invaluable!

This store has the most helpful employees of all the Home Depots I have been to and trust me I am in one at least 3 times a week. Everyone was friendly and helpful! A lot of times I have to run over in the middle of a project to grab an item and don’t bring my phone etc. so I don’t have access to app to use my military discount. I always get push back or a lecture how they can do it this once but….. I am not tied to my phone!! I had no trouble here in fact it was so easy and no issue at all Rebecca checked my ID entered it, told me how much I saved and even thsnked me for my service!! What a change from ALL other stores I have been in. She’s a gem!! Thank you Rebecca and all the employees there I truly appreciate your great service! Gold star store.

I went in to pick up something for my job. I went to customer service to ask for help neither person could help me so they called for help, I waited in the isle for about 25 mins meanwhile employees were walking by and didn't ask me if I needed help they were to busy talking to each other. I finally I think found the item I needed but I was very disappointed in there customer service I experience

I visited store to purchase items for inside and out my home to keep insects out. Everything I needed was there!

I bought a rug that was on sale and I'm extremely loving it

You have a great crew there I had to stop multiple departments and I got help with a smile in every Department hang on to them I only got the cashier's name Lenny she was excellent I wish I'd gotten everyone else's name because they were all equally excellent

Home Depot has improved their customer service tremendously! The employees greeted me and offered assistance throughout the store! It was a very pleasant shopping experience!

I've purchased appliances at Home Depot, filters for my HVAC unit, paint, light bulbs and so many other items and NOT ONCE did I have a complaint. Employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and courteous. Lenny at the checkout asked if I found everything I needed! Great customer service!
