Amazing employees who provide wonderful customer service, start to finish!

I have relied on Home Depot for everything that I have needed in my home for almost 2 decades, and they have always come through for me! My store is conveniently located near my house and I can quickly run to it for anything I may need! I can purchase quality BEHR paint and supplies, power tools and lawn equipment, patio furniture and sump pumps! I recently had my sump pump go out after many years. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new unit right off of the shelf, and had it installed in 15 minutes! Home Depot is so helpful to me and has saved me thousands of dollars over the years by allowing me to get the products that I need to DIY! Thank you, Home Depot!

Ladies at self checkout were rude and when I asked to get someone to help load a 150lb shelf , was initially told NO. She did get another lady which was just as rude as her.

The Powell Ohio store in-particular, has consistently hired and/or trained associates on the importance of being courteous. Only an amateur 'handy-gal' here, I can use all the help I can get, and their associates always have a ready answer. They often act like being at the store is their favorite place to be! I have often considered applying for a job at this location, just to join their team!

Worked with Riley in the Windows and Doors department on a large custom order. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions and placing the order.

So I was in this store yesterday to ask some questions about garage door openers but there where no sales associates to be found. I came back today because they had an opener that I really wanted. At first there were no associates to be found, just like yesterday so I went looking. I found a guy who said he was new but would find someone to help. He went and actually did find someone who attempted to help but ran into problems using the ordering computer so he call for someone else. In comes Jerson who immediately began helping and while it took some time to get the 2 orders in the computer, he did a great job in the end.

The garden staff--Indian girl watering plants, Rob, the Manager, Gene, and Mohamed, the cashier--were very attentive to my questions, and went out of their way to help me.

This Home Depot is well stocked and the employees were very helpful. Good prices and high quality items are featured.

I find that a trip to this store always results in friendly service and employees offering to help. Having this ability to custom cut a window blind on site while I wait is a huge plus. I appreciated the ability to get this done quickly, efficiently and cut by a true detailed, professional employee.

Gene was an incredible wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful during my visit!

Just wanted to recognize Brian in Maintenance at the Orange Township, Powell, Ohio store for the exceptionally job he does keeping the restrooms clean and fresh.

This HomeDepot has been serving me well for for 20 years. I have always been able to find the materials and parts I need for my house and family.

The Powell, Ohio store is the friendliest store I have ever been in and the restrooms are the cleanest and freshest of any public restroom I have used. Brian is the Maintenance Employee who does the cleaning.

So many employees at this store have gone "above and beyond" to help me in the past week - everything from offering suggestions for my projects to helping get AAA to come take care of my car in their parking lot!! Love the prices and availability of flooring, tile, & doors. Plan to shop there for all my home projects!

Employees here go out of their way to help, very impressive! I go out of my way to shop here.

If you visit this store ask for Gene. He is awesome!
