In our DIY project with requested assistance from one associate and she told us that it was not her department and she didn’t knew for how long the aisle will be down such we understood the safety priority but she has such an attitude that drop off the smart service thru the customer engagement, after couple steps around shopping we had a cart full of merchandise we asked her again if would be okay to leave the cart in a lil side while we shopping and she was very upset about us I guess because we asked for assistance twice…Don’t know her name but she was pulling internet orders and joking around with another associate from the Lumber department.. Very sad to have to go thru this…. At the Check out Rose Cashier were very friendly and thank us to shop there We really wanted to said THANK YOU ROSE for your commitment at work..

Great Experience at the Orlando SE Home Depot store yesterday. We actually had a staff member approach us, rather than having to hunt one down. And he knew his inventory!! Neither of these things ever happen at the local competitors store.

Mike Padilla in plumbing, had excellent customer service. Attended me and my family showing us what we needed, very friendly and kind. Mike showed his experience by explaining step by step what we needed to do and even made a model of our project. Mike was outstanding, he was willingly to help and we left in a short timely matter. The store was clean and was very organized. We found what we needed very easily and was at checkout fast.

We did not find the Lawn Mower we were looking for but we found other products we did need. Even though the main item we were looking for was out of atock, due to our cashier Schawnee, we were able to leave with a smile and a pleasant shopping experience! Went in today with ZERO knowledge on what I needed to completely replace my 28 year old bathtub parts. Jameson literally saw a picture of what I was working with and helped me go through 3/4 different isles to gather everything I would need. Including the different piping I would have to switch too! And how to connect it to that. He let me FaceTime a friend of mine and he talked him through the whole process and what each piece would be for. He set it up on the box how it would need to be too. Absolutely amazing! He created what he called a “Frankenstein” for me LOL!! 10/10 recommend asking for him in the plumbing section!! I spoke with 3 other people before getting him and none of them knew what I was talking about. Thank you SO MUCH Jameson!! I don’t ever write reviews but the way you amazed me by all your help I didn’t have a choice not too!! I hope they are taking great care of you at Home Depot !!

The employees at this Home Depot are PHENOMENAL! In particular J.T. in the paints department is amazing! Not only is he friendly and knowledgeable, he can help multiple different people at the same time where each customer feels valued and gets superior service. I have never met such a hard-working guy who is so dedicated to customer service. Thank you so much for the great service J.T.!

In each corridor there are staff to assist you and clarify your doubts! I just bought a house and I visit this store several times a week, I love the availability of the employees. José Cedeño thanks for your help!

I was directed to an aisle where I could find the product I was seeking. An employee was directed to meet me there and helped me select the proper item to complete my project. The store is always neat and clean. Your associates have always been friendly and helpful.

The best store ever to buy!

As a person who works with lumber and building supplies for a living I really appreciate this Home Depot. The employees are always helpful and friendly. The lumber department especially- is well run, efficient in helping customers, and accurate with cuts. The lumber associates work hard and it shows!

I would highly recommend using this store. I live in NJ and I recently purchased a home in Orlando. I reached out to this location as it is close to my second home. The Operator was very helpful and directed me to Iryna who helped me put the order together for the blinds for my entire home. She arranged for the measurement company to go to my location right away. She worked patiently with me over a few days as I would go to my local home depot to see blinds and then get her recommendations on those. She helped me make the selections and prepared the order. During one of the session she had a family emergency, in spite of that she kept in touch with me on my cell and put me in touch with another agent to close my order as I needed the products by a certain time. Iryna is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a great experience with this store.

This store always has the items I'm looking for. The employees are cheerful and helpful especially if I have questions, they are always able to find an answer. I highly recommend shopping here!

The associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go that extra step to help you find all the parts to complete your project. It's great being able to go to a store, or sending my husband to a store and knowing that we can get our list filled. And if we can't because of whatever, that at least he people tried to help us do it.

My overall experience with this store is very good ,But my experience with there Delivery Service NOT SO MUCH !

Although it appears to be a smaller store with a little bit smaller selection of items it is well worth the trip due to the attitude of the associates. I have had numerous associates go out of their way to assist me. What they sometimes lack in selection they more than make up for with assistance.

Clean, well organized, but the customer service was EXCELLENT.

Had to purchase several appliances for future sale of home. Except for availability due to COVID 19 virus experience of purchase was excellent. Luckily had time to spare and could wait for availability to be delivered.Appliance clerk Carol had 18 yrs experience with Home Depot app.and was knowledgeable with all aspects of sale.

I was surprised that Home Depot is the place where I found the best Christmas trees! They look so good, green, fresh and they had no empty spots. They have different sizes (very well label so you don't have to ask) and different prices. Every person has a different budget, however, they have options and the process once you select your tree is less than 15min from the moment the associate takes it, trim it if you ask and put it on your car all secured :-)

I am very pleased that the garden center had a good supply of the flowers, pentas, that I wanted to plant in my flower beds. It is sometimes difficult to find the exact plants that you want. Happy to report that they were available. I would like to compliment the cashier in the garden department, Carolina, for always being so helpful and cheerful. Another shout out to Rosa, also in the garden department for always being pleasant. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Compliments to Joseph who brought out a pick up order a few weeks ago for Christmas lights. It was the first time that I had an order brought out to the car. These changing times have been difficult but it's good to see that people are still kind.

Jack helped us order appliances, and I can honestly say that in our 28 years of marriage, we have never had a more pleasant, knowledgable associate.
