This location is a good for basic "home improvement" items, but I would have to travel away from my community to another HD that is 30 -40 minutes away for a better selection.

Materials ordered online were supposed to be delivered on March 30. Because of an apparent shortage of lumber, the delivery date was unilaterally moved by Home Depot. I had already scheduled out of town help and could not wait for the new delivery date. Ultimately reaching this particular store, I found the assistance was truly remarkable. Val in Customer Service, Moises the Manager, and Jesus at the Pro Desk were each extremely professional, kind, solution-oriented, efficient and effective. Home Depot is lucky to have these fine people as employees.

Garden section is below average. Other than that shop for your handyman needs here.

People at this store were very friendly and helpful. I have a store on Saturn Blvd and it is ALWAYS hard to find someone to help me.

The ultimate Home Depot Store. Although I like most Home Depot Stores, the Otay Mesa Home Depot Store on Dennery Rd is absolutely the first in customer service with extremely helpful employees. The store is very organized and it's easy to find products. Returns and getting refund or store credit was always painless. In my many years shopping at Otay Mesa Home Depot, I find that all employees that I have encountered knows their product and they able to direct me where to get the parts I need. Beside SUPERB customer service, the employees on the floor were tactful regardless of the weather and what's going on in the world. Store was clean and in full compliance of COVID Protocol.

Very happy every time I go to Otay mesa's location they always have everything i want. Leonard at the cashiers for check out was in a very good mood seemed like he was in good spirits. I love Home Depot for all my projects.

greeted by 2 employees outside entrance. once inside, I asked a young man employee for the 3 items I needed. He took me first to hardware. Fabiola was very helpful and she helped me find my other items as well. Cashier Dulce was very pleasant . Was nice to get good service from nice young people. They saved me a lot of, look for it myself, time

As a homeowner, I loved going to home depot and browsing around to see what i can find to improve my home.

The Home Depot stores have huge problem with on line inventory , they are never accurate and that creates a problem on cash flow and business, even do they lack inventory and don't have the items (all or partially) they go ahead and charge you for them, creating a cash flow problem, they end up returning your money after 3 days or sometimes more than a week, the process is really bad and it discourages you from on line shopping and in general from doing business. Today i placed an order of more than 400.00 USD and they just supplied 60.00 USD but they charged me for all the money, so now i have to wait and hope i receive back my money in les than a week, this creates a huge problem for my cash and my business. they have me tied up!!!

There was an awesome employee named "Elias" that helped me with every step of my shopping experience. I have never seen such great customer service at this store and he should be commended. He helped me with opening my credit line, getting all the items in my list to complete my project, checking out my items, renting a truck to transport my items, and loading everything in the truck for me. This was excellent service on his part! He made what I felt was a massive project to shop for a very smooth and effortless experience. Thanks a bunch!!

The customer service I receive every time I go is great

I bought a bundle of paper towel and door lock For the amount of $77.49. At the time of purchase 12:26 pm on 11/25/20 I showed the cashier Lisa My military ID for the discount, unfortunately she Did not apply it to the purchase, and I did not Check the receipt. On or about 2:40 pm on 11/28/20 I went back to the customer service and trying to Rectify the error Lisa made, but the clerk named Mariah was rude telling me to return the item, I told Her Paper was used and door lock was installed She was very inconsiderate and does not want to Listen to my explanation.

Great location and excellent customer service. If you ever encounter any issues please speak with Brandon who is a wonderful supervisor. My daughter and I have taken to shopping at Home Depot rather than the mall...love it!!!! Great prices and great inventory.
