associates were very friendly and helpful. i found what i needed and got out quick.

Would I recommend this store? Well, since it is the closest one to my house, and not the only Home Depot to essentially make me work there when I come in as a customer, I'm sure I will end up back there. But I strongly resent the fact that i) the self-service lane is often the only option for check-out, and ii) even the luxury of the scanning window has been removed, and customers now have to pick up a filthy pricing gun and seek out the bar code on the products they are purchasing - something that used to be the job of a cashier. To add insult to injury, they have employees standing around the vicinity of the self-service registers, who are often less than interested in assisting you. Why don't they put these people behind cash registers then!!

With all the craziness today with the Pandemic it has been harder and harder to find, friendly, level headed, and more importantly knowledgeable people to assist with my projects. Ron Metzger over at the Millwork department in Oxford, MA was polite, energetic and helpful and like i mentioned earlier...knows his stuff!! He worked with me on a custom door job that was giving me headaches. Can't thank Ron enough for his help and can-do attitude!

At a time where we all need kindness, this is not the place to visit. From standing in line and listening to an employee complain about shoppers Being there, then spoken at like I was a criminal, to a final clerk being mouthy and spouting “Step off” while I was trying to help. This was my last trip here as I will not support any business that disrespects their customers in any way. Kindness is free...your employees should be trained on this.

The Oxford store did a wonderful job on my order but unfortunately did not have enough product to fill the order so transferred the whole order to Gold Star Blvd. Worcester to fill and that is where the trouble was taking 4 days and 10 phone calls to get the order pulled.

Do not go to the paint counter if Nancy is working,old super unfriendly woman!

Please change self check out back to fixed scanner or both fixed and wand. I never liked handling those Germ infested wands and now with these new viruses popping up I think its unsafe.

I live close to the store and shop there whenever I need what they sell. Usually I am greeted at the front of the store with a smile and "can I help you find what you are looking for". I did buy a product that I had to return once, the experience was very friendly and I was taken care of right away. I recently shopped for some products to build a ramp to my shed. I met an associate, Jim, he helped me find what I needed. Thank you for what you do. Congratulations to the Store Manager for training a fantastic Team. I will always go to the Home Depot as my first choice of stores. Thank you.

We love Home Depot, it is our second home.

The store is fine, but was disappointed that they would not except my valid federal mass driver's license which shows I'm a Veteran to give me the veterans discount.

Katie at the customer service desk is amazing! She sets the tone for the entire store, and most of the rest of the staff follows here lead!

I shop and browse here pretty frequently. I always get asked if I need help with anything, great store and friendly employees. I also gotta tell you, that guy you have loading customers vehicles is one of the best employees you have. He helpful, friendly and always has a smile on his face -- a big Thanks to Tony for all his help.

This Home Depot has been a great addition to the community the staff are helpful and professional always.

It's pretty bare bones as far as what they have on the shelf and if you have a return be prepared to be treated poorly by Miss Tina Nasty at the Customer Service Counter.

Pamela was great to work with in kitchen and appliances. All the employees we came in contact with were polite and professional.

Shopping there today was uplifting. There was an associate that waited on me. Marcia was so information, knowledgeable, and personable. She saved me some money too! I would go to the Oxford store and seek out Marcia again! She was fantastic!

Exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. Kati primarily handled my transaction and did a phenomenal job! I was so happy with the purchase of my tractor and the service Kati provided. I'd also like to thank the clerk's that helped me load the tractor into my trailer. I didn't get their names, but they too were exceptional, and went above and beyond. Kiddos to Kati, and the entire Home Depot team!
