We went here to gather a huge cart of items before going home to Cape Coral to clean up after the hurricane. Nic went above and beyond by making sure we had the best items for each difficult job. Everything from the correct gloves and rope for each job to the tools, etc. Nic was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Best experience at any Home Depot. Will also stopped what he was doing to help us with propane tanks. A+ And gold stars for Nic and Will. Both cashiers Lilane and Frances were perfect and listened to our Cape Coral hurricane story at checkout.

Deena, Piper and Jackie went above and beyond for me! They were extremely friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming back!

WE STOPPED IN TO HOME DEPOT ON 5210 DONALD ROSS ROAD..PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.. A CLEAN, ORGANIZED STORE WITH SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WILLING TO HELP US.. THEN FOUND A LIVE PERSON INSTEAD OF A MACHINE TO HELP US CHECKOUT.. IF YOU ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO MEET US WITH MS. L. VENTURA, YOU ARE GOING TO LEAVE WITH A SMILE. 1. WE WOULD GIVE TIS STORE LOCATION AN A++ !

The staff is unhelpful and try to avoid anyone. Manager is a unpleasant, at best. I HATE that 3 employees stood there and watched me check out. If there are 3 people available, why aren't they checking me out. Do I now work at Home Depot???? Where is my paycheck? When will this self-checkout end??

A hardware store is a nicer place to shop for many items. Prices on some items like fasteners are sway too high. I do not like to go there, but do so at times because it is convenient for what I need immediately. Take care of people first. Profits will follow. retailing. HD is too big to care. Profit margins are large enough to cover lost sales. Warm fuzzies sell. Aggravastion does no.t

Very Helpful staff! For those of you in the Jupiter area....the Donald Ross Home Depot completely destroys the Indiantown store for staffing. Indiantown is Lazy, unmotivated, not helpful and rude. Donald Ross Location staff is eager to help and very friendly. Night and day difference!

Great product and location

I came in to buy a few things for my new apartment and was told that I could use a temporary pass, until I got my card in the mail. Well, as these things go sometimes, we had a problem with "Fortiva" the company that does the card service. However, I was fortunate enough to get Tammy, one of the most amazing representatives of a company that I have ever come in contact with. The other employees were very professional and helpful, but Tammy put the icing on the cake. She stuck with me for two hours, until we could get my transaction done. She was stern and very determined to help me, which I don't often see in customer service, from other stores. It's great to see that this stores employees " believe in giving top knotch, service." I would recommend anyone to visit this store and ask for Tammy.

I have bought drywall and supplies, paint for my exterior, door sweep, light bulbs, and most recently, a leaf blower. I would like to name a few of your amazing staff: John in PRO, Zoe, William, Max and Lorie in Lighting.

I was very disappointed that the internet was not working during this visit to the location. It often helps out with shopping and check out. Did not work.

I had 3 good experiences here in as many days!

I had a leak in my wall and had no idea what I needed to repair it. While walking to the store I asked an employee named JT for some assistance. Not expecting help, JT stopped what he's doing and proceeded to offer advice and took me to the products I needed then described them and then heled me load the very heavy plywood, stucco bags, wire lathe and drywall in my cart. I have been to other Home Depot stores and have never had this amazing customer service experience. Thank you so much JT for your help and assistance.

Great new and clean Home Depot store. Very gracious and caring employee Donna Blair. I highly recommend her and think she should be promoted. She always goes above and beyond to help her customers.

We purchased a grill and Regina Jones could not of been any nicer or more helpful. She is Flooring Specialist but stepped in to help us when they were short staffed.

Bought a floor sample of pation chairs and table. Had to pick up later. Home Depot took my chairs/table off the floor, wrapped in plastic, stored in back room. The when I picked up, Patricia went out of here way to get moving cart and helped me move to lick up area. Wow. Great service beyond my expectation

I purchased a dishwasher. CJ in appliances was phenomenal to work with. He was, by far, the best associate of Home Depot I have ever interacted with. EVER.

The new Home Depot at Alton is fabulous! The staff have great attitudes and are very helpful. They seem very friendly and kind.
